Terrible service, dirty rooms, and zero assistance. A decidedly negative experience. The property is a bare building, completely devoid of staff or reception. Everything is accessed via access codes, and there's zero flexibility (if you overstay your reservation, you pay immediately). The room was small, dirty, and lacked basic amenities. The third extra bed was actually a mattress practically on the floor, extremely uncomfortable. There's a complete lack of amenities and assistance in case of problems. Highly discouraged, absolutely not worth the money. Despite spending very little compared to the rest of the city, it was the worst value I've ever had.

The app didn't work, but despite that, the login was a great success.

It was better than I thought. Clean and easy to get there. Good location and worth the price we paid.

problems with the codes and hotel room dor unlocking took a lot of time a nd tries.only hot water comes from the shower.windows do not open not stayable in summer gets too hot.there is not any service only cleaning.a panel for the pipes fell off the fall??

I know Omena hotels is known to be clean but who ever must have been in the room before us must have been a disgusting person. The refrigerator had pieces of salami and sauce in there. The Lavabo next to the toilet - i wanna say it was food - but it looks like something that missed the toilet. Very very nasty

Excellent value for money

Worst hotel ever ! If anyone books it, then must go there on your own responsibility and be ready for a huge fee to stay there. I stayed there for 2 nights. It was a room with a small fridge, a kettle and a third quality microwave. I was warming my food in the microwave and suddenly it started producing smoke. Out of no where. I don’t know if it was a short circuit or what. My hand also got injured due to this. And my food burned. Due to smoke, fire alarm got active. The desk person came in the room and saw that nothing happened. After few minutes, fire brigade was also there. They checked that everything was fine. And left by just saying all is okay just let the windows open. The person said that I will get that microwave changed and the sweeper there said that this microwave troubled many times previously also. When we came back home after the trip, I got a huge email from Omena hotels saying that I have to pay 2800 euros because I misused their property. Even though the fault was theres. I got injured due to their fault. They themselves admitted it that time. But they sent me a huge fee to pay. THEY ARE A HUGE FRAUD! DON’T PUT YOURSELF IN DANGER BY SEEING LOW COST HOTEL. LIVE ON THE ROAD BUT NOT IN THIS HOTEL. I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

A hotel without staff, offering cheap, comfortable, and clean accommodation. Just the ventilation system running all night.
