Got me out of a difficult situation when I arrived and all the hotels were full. I called at 11pm and they found me a room for the night, the price was good , the room perfectly acceptable and the bathroom was clean and nice.

My husband booked the room, but it was absolutely filthy – especially the toilet. Despite our complaint, no one reacted. He left the hotel that same evening. Later, he was even falsely accused of having soiled the bed. That's unfair and unprofessional. We have video evidence. Never again!

The room was extremely dirty upon arrival, especially the toilet. Despite complaining, there was no response – after 30 minutes I left the hotel and stayed elsewhere. Two days later, I was falsely accused of soiling the bed, even though I hadn't even stayed there. I have a video as proof. Very unprofessional – absolutely not recommended!
