Very good. I recommend it.

The room I was given was not clean, AC didn't function, and the bed made terrible squeaking noises. When talking to the front desk in the morning, they were dismissive and unprofessional, they kept deflecting while making no effort to immediately rectify the issues. They also refused to compensate us for the terrible experience. Shocking experience.

The rooms and location are great, but the service is completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel. We returned to the hotel just before midnight while the bar was still open and doing last call. Despite it taking only a few extra minutes to prepare a drink, the staff refused to serve us. This level of inflexibility is not what I expect from a luxury hotel. To make matters worse, the minibar in the room was completely empty—not only no drinks, but not even basic snacks. When I called reception asking if any snacks were available, the response was rude and dismissive: I was simply told the minibar is empty and that I could order beer or wine instead. No attempt to help, no alternative solution, and the conversation was abruptly ended. Good property, but service like this is far below five-star standards.

A place to feel at home, from check-in with the friendly staff at reception to waking up overlooking the Spree River after a good night's sleep – everything has been thought of and taken care of. Room 5113 has a breathtaking view.

The service at this Radisson is terrible. I can hardly understand how this is rated 5 stars. I stayed at this hotel for an entire week, attending a conference in May. Every single employee I interacted with was not the quality you would expect. Upon checking in, they sent me to the wrong room, the room I entered was already occupied. When I went to complain they did no offer any complimentary drink or compensation. The cleaning staff entered my room when I had the “do not disturb” sign on while I was in my underwear. On top of that, they speak close to zero English. I went to speak to front desk about this, their “solution” was simply to tell housekeeping not to clean my room during the entire stay. Again they didn’t offer any compensation, a complimentary drink, nothing. The corridor on the 3rd floor smelled terrible the whole time. The air conditioning on several of my colleague’s rooms was not functioning. And to top all that madness, upon check out, they send me a bill for a consumption at the bar I did not make. I even provided invoices proofing that I was having dinner some other place that day. After 2 weeks of disputing the charge via email, front desk is still telling me they cannot confirm whether I made the purchase or not. A 5 star hotel should know better than to loose a corporate customer over a 26€ charge. I shouldn’t even have to provide invoices to proof I DID NOT order a grappa at the hotel bar. I will never stay in this hotel again and I would not recommend it to anyone. I know all my other colleagues who travel for the same conference feel the same way.
