Very Nice sauna but huge lines for no reason, its never that busy inside, the steam and jacuzzi are never hot, lukewarm, the crowd is very diverse but more social than sexual. Went 5 tines during big events and never had fun.

👎🏼👎🏽 We had to wait outside in the rain for an entire hour just to get in. It feels like an arrogant sauna that has become far too popular, prioritizing high profits and large crowds over customer care. To make matters worse, no information or updates were provided while waiting in the queue.

Amazing! This sauna got the assignment CORRECT! Visiting Saunas from China, Japan, France, Amsterdam, Vienna, Spain, London, and the US, this Sauna has made it to my top 5. Facility: has dry sauna which has special infusions every hour on the hour. I was able to enjoy at 21:00hr/9pm. They did have at 20:00/8pm which I miss and why I went to 21:00hr/9pm. Dry sauna can each temperature up to 40°C. Does not get as hot at some saunas in Japan and turkey. But I take my earring off as it was getting hot. There is ice next to dry sauna to apply and they have a bucket full of cool water to dunk over you by pulling the rope so the water spills over. Nice touch. Wet sauna: beautiful two shower stations next to it Showers: Many adequate showers throughout the facility from top floor to lower floor. Lockers: more than 500+ lockers to house the many guests visiting sufficiently. Also, small locker for smaller items such as keys and so on. Bathroom/toilets: to floors has 5 toilets and 1 hygiene/douche station. Bttm floor has toilets, urinals and hygiene/douche station location near the bears/daddies lounging area. Food/lounging: when walking down stairs after the locker area, there is a small cafe with food, drinks, coffee and alcohol drinks to order. Such a great privilege and experience. You can then take enjoy your items indoor our outdoors. Where people can smoke outside. Smoking area: aside from the outside nest to cafe, there is a closed off area located in bttm floor where all the action is at. Cruising: rooms, mazes, screen room and gory 🕳️’s for all. You can get lost within the dark maze area or stuck from the many playful individuals hungry for play. Pool: suitable and comfortable size with blue lighting to set the mood. Pool is located bttm floor where all the players play. Staff: AMAZING!!!! Great manners and hospitality. I believe it was Micheal who checked me in. The kindness and happiness that handsome man gave was top notch. Explaining how to use the lockers and process. Been to many saunas around the world and all run differently and they expect you to know how to do things. Here, Michael gave great attention and service to explaining things IN A KIND MANNER. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ starts for him. I checked on Sunday 12 July around 7pm. 🕖 Tips: make sure to keep eye on towel and slippers as they can get taken by accident in the dark and many people walking around. Patrons/Guests: from all ages, sizes and backgrounds. I enjoyed all!! Happy to have met and conversed with many people from parts of the world. 🌎

Visited on a Monday just after it opened expecting it to be fairly quiet. It actually got quite busy and people of varying ages there. Very clean throughout and staff really friendly and helpful and luckily spoke english to. I've visited saunas in UK and USA and this has to rate amongst the best for sure. I had a great time there and prices for food and drink very good to. Will definitely be back.

Good and clean sauna but in my opinion the entrance fee is too expensive

Hey, it's great that your email and phone number haven't been working for weeks. It automatically disconnects after 1 second. I get a message that the email couldn't be sent to the address. Is the mailbox full? Is the cloud full? Or is something else related to it? Three weeks of unsuccessful attempts to contact you. All I want to do is come with my e-scooter and find out if I can store it securely, for example, in a locker, like at the main train station? This is how you drive customers away.
