Amazing seaside hotel, from Chania just 25minutes by car. Room was good size and had everything we needed for a night. PETFRIENDLY (my dogs was welcome without any issue and without charge). Free parking spots inside property. Breakfast buffet was huge and everything was fresh and really good. Pool was very nice

We just spent a week at this hotel with my mother, and we're leaving with hearts full of gratitude ❤️! The entire team was absolutely wonderful, incredibly kind and genuine. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with sincere attention and smiles, and a kindness that truly made our trip. They welcomed us like true guests, with exceptional service, always delivered with pleasure and generosity. A special mention also goes to the delicious passion fruit mojito… excellent 🍹✨! The hotel is very well located and easily accessible by bus. We also rented a car for a few days, and the hotel took care of everything for us. The gentleman who handled it was also lovely. A huge thank you to the whole team for your smiles, your kindness, and your hospitality. You made this trip unforgettable for us. First of all, Crete is a large island. The hotel is located in the northwest, and although we had booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel (by bus) through the travel agency, our arrival was significantly delayed due to an unexpected flight delay. Unfortunately, we didn't arrive at the hotel until after 11 p.m., after check-in had already closed. Nevertheless, the hotel had everything prepared so that we could still access our room without any problems. We were impressed by the friendliness of the staff right from the first day. I would particularly like to highlight the cleanliness of the rooms. Everything was very well-maintained, and the cleaning staff, in particular, were always friendly and cheerful. Even a brief greeting in the morning made us feel welcome. The reception staff and the hotel manager were also always attentive and helpful. Requests were always handled politely, which left a very positive impression. What makes this hotel special is the tranquil atmosphere, the cleanliness, and above all, the genuine warmth of the people there. Anyone wanting to escape the stress and hectic pace of everyday life and enjoy a relaxing vacation will find the perfect place here.

Nice hotel but far from Balos

Friendly welcome, buffet food was good, breakfast reasonably extensive. Shower heads could use an upgrade. Rain shower nice but didn't work, regular shower head had a lot of limescale in it.

I was in this hotel for 5 days. The hotel is very clean and cozy. Service is very helpfull, kind and always stay for disposal. Is a full options of breakfast. This localization is good comunicated everywhere are bus stops and is easy to go on the best beaches of Crete (laguna Balos, elafonissi, falassarna) The reception guy Mrs. Emanuel will help you rent a car and he will be you guide in every situation if needed.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff is extremely kind and very helpful. The location is ideal due to its proximity to the sea, and the pool is also very spacious and very clean. We would like to thank the hotel very much for their hospitality. Unfortunately, we had to leave the hotel abruptly, but we will be back!

I've stayed at this hotel six times so far. It's not a super luxurious hotel, but it's perfectly adequate for my girlfriend and me. We stay there to sleep and eat; we spend the rest of the day out and about. The breakfast and dinner are fantastic. Always delicious and high quality. The staff is always incredibly friendly and accommodating. They'll prepare a packed lunch for you whenever you ask. The hotel's location is also excellent. It's about an hour from Elafonisi and Balos. Phalasarna is about half an hour away. It's perfectly situated for exploring. So, if you're looking for an affordable hotel in a good location for exploring (by car), with good food and attentive staff, this is the place for you. Just a heads-up, though: it's not a huge hotel with lots of other activities.

I recommend this hotel. It's located off the beaten track but just steps from the sea. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were well-maintained. The awnings on the windows are a big plus. The room has air conditioning. The room is cleaned daily. The food is good, but not very diverse.

We stayed from October 7th to 14th... the property is very beautiful and well-maintained... the staff very kind and helpful... and it has a beautiful pool. We chose the overnight stay with a buffet breakfast, which was always plentiful and well-stocked with both sweet and savory dishes. One evening we also chose to dine at the hotel and had a delicious meal. The resort is located in Kolymbari, not far from the more famous beaches of Elafonissi and Balos Lagoon... We highly recommend it...
