FLEX Sauna Gym

I was there at the end of April. I was a little worried after reading some negative reviews here. I honestly don't know where they came from. I loved it! It had wonderful structures that make you free yourself. The atmosphere is very nice... relaxing but also lively, and the place is very clean! In such a place with this style it is impossible not to feel comfortable and free. The place is very exciting. Overall, a wonderful sauna, clean and odorless in a wonderful tourist spot in the heart of the center. Maybe a little dark. But that's good in such a place. As a non-smoker, I really liked the fact that everyone smoked in the sauna, which I have never seen in saunas and it doesn't bother the rest of the sauna at all. Proper air conditioning and ventilation. It has a wonderful terrace at night. The place is clean. The staff is kind and takes care of the place. I am a bear. And yet, I had a great time. I saw everything from fit slim bodies to Greek bodybuilders and bears. I felt very comfortable compared to other saunas I have visited in Europe. I went 5 times and met interesting and attractive guys (locals and tourists). I highly recommend it! I will come back if I am in Athens. To the end. Good music, good staff, super clean, warm people. I really like going there. It never disappoints.😋 Really good place. The workers are kind and polite. All kinds of types, ages and sizes. The jacuzzi fits 4/6 people and there are lots of spaces for the kids. Really a good place, even to go there just to relax!

I came to Athens for three nights of fun. I finished my first evening at Flex Sauna. Great place. The welcome and service are amazing. The sauna is very clean, comfortable and cozy rooms spread over four floors that maintain a pleasant and respectful hospitality. Needless to say, I also spent my last evening there. There is not a lot of crowded crowd but it is exactly what you need to exhaust yourself. I will definitely be back. Amazing!!

Amazing place, top service, nice guys…

The sauna is nice with pleasant Greek people, the atmosphere is incredible on Sundays a real party. One of the most welcoming and well-maintained saunas I have been to and I did not feel any of the negatives that some people write here. The space is atmospherically HOT designed with underground decoration and big enough to get lost in the floors. The staff makes you feel welcome and the space is clean. The staff constantly checks and disinfects which you do not see easily in saunas in Europe. The amazing experience starts from check-in and the receptionist made me feel welcome she explained everything about how the space works on each floor and was extremely understandable. She told me that money transactions between customers are not allowed for company, something that is very respectful. Friendly environment, elegant and comfortable for everyone I believe. The male audience was incredibly hot for my taste, not to mention that if you are under 30 you get a big discount. I only paid 10€ for the entrance instead of 17€ which is normal. The lockers are big, I have never seen them in saunas where they usually have small ones. They give you towels and slippers. The snack and smoking area is big and fantastic along with a terrace which is wonderfully lit at night. There is a big, spacious hammam for 25 people, a sauna for 12 people, two jacuzzis with 6 seats each. Relaxation areas, cabins, dark rooms, a screening area. My trip to Athens after that was a big surprise!

I visited Flex men’s spa three times while I was in Athens and had a really positive experience each time. I was there Saturday, Sunday, Wednesday from 5pm to 9pm and there were a lot of guys 😍 The crowd is very mixed, with locals and internationals, of different ages and body types. Easy for downtown travelers. It is one of the most welcoming and well-maintained men’s only spas I have been to. The space is safe, relaxed and carefully designed. The dark rooms are quite dark, but if you sit there for 2 minutes, your eyes adjust and it is just perfect. -Clean and really high quality in the spaces! -Excellent temperature of jacuzzi-sauna-hammam-shower water. As others have said in their reviews, the staff, under the supervision of an excellent owner, work hard to keep the sauna clean and tidy at all times. Special mention goes to the proper air conditioning-ventilation in the cabins and in general throughout the area that you can't easily see!

I discovered Sauna through a TikTok video, arrived with high expectations and was pleasantly surprised. What a clean, well decorated, respectful and super cool place. All the staff treated me with incredible courtesy who deserve 10/10 for service, friendliness, politeness, professionalism and seriousness. You have gained a loyal customer when I come to Athens!! Definitely one of the best I have been to! I will go whenever I can! I really enjoyed the atmosphere and I recommend everyone to give themselves the opportunity to go one day. You will not regret it.

We went on Sunday afternoon and it was only the elderly and overweight people. The showers weren't hot, the steam room was lukewarm, and the sauna was very small. The darkroom was inadequate. 17 Euros is a bit much for this service.

I went on the nearest Sunday at the Sauna and I didn't like a variety of things. First of all, the towels they weren't clean and the jacuzzi was decent, the shower was small, I was about to trip due to the waters which weren't cleaned around the jacuzzi and one of the staff members was touching me inappropriately, which made me uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I wasn't satisfied, the sauna was okay, however my experience lacked many things, for example: the space wasn't clean, the shower wasn't great at all, and one of the Staff members which I mentioned above, unfortunately.

Nice big place, it was bigger than I expected and has everything it does its job perfectly. The entrance is 17 euros and 10 euros for people up to 30 years old. The first floor has changing rooms, a dark room with cabins and slippers to choose your size. The second floor has showers, a hammam, an extra shower with a Scottish area, relaxation areas, a toilet. The third floor is a must! It has small and large cabins, a screening area, a dark room with a gloryhole, a solarium, a toilet. The fourth floor has an amazing large smoking room with a terrace and even a second hot tub that only works in the summer.

The worst sauna in the world. The staff and the owner are very offensive. The steam room was cold and dirty and smelled of urine. The jacuzzi was closed and permanently broken. The sauna smelled. The people were fat, ugly and old. The worst sauna in the world. Everthing is old and dirty.

I have been across Europe in a lot of saunas, this one deserves solid 3, really big sauna, 4 flors, a lot of places to hook up, from darkrooms to private rooms. Sauna it self is really small, 5 people can barly fit, people are constantly opening the door, so temperature is really low, hamma is terrible, basically doesnt work at all. On 4th flor is resting area with option to smoke. I had fun, reccomend on going between 5-8, as i was in that time and it was full.
