Shared three-bedroom house with a shared kitchen. The hosts were very attentive, and the room was comfortable, with a private bathroom and well-maintained. The place has a charming, music-themed atmosphere.

We stayed here during our visit to Bergamo. The location is extraordinary. Roberto is a very friendly gentleman and responds quickly. The hotel offers acceptable value for money. The facilities could be better maintained. Best regards.

Things didn't go entirely smoothly. Questions went unanswered, and we had to ask the guy outside the door again for the code, even though he knew when we'd be there. The entrance area in front of the room, which had a microwave and refrigerator, didn't look very well maintained. The rooms themselves were okay, but they could definitely be better cared for. The bathrooms were in terrible condition: there was mold on the ceiling, and the shower head was completely covered in limescale. The hairdryer was disgusting to the touch and sticky. There was still painter's tape covering the light in the bathroom that hadn't been removed. The noise from the street in the room was so loud that it was almost impossible to sleep. And we never saw the landlord or any of the staff. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and will never stay there again. There are better and certainly nicer accommodations that are in better condition and better maintained.

Excellent location, the Upper Town is charming. It can be reached by public transport and the funicular. The rooms are well-maintained and very clean.

IN: We are 2 adults and we wanted to spend 2 nights in Bergamo, we wanted to make the reservation with Booking.com but it was mentioned that if we arrived by 11pm we would have an additional fee, we called to get more information. The staff told us that after 11pm we would have to pay only in cash and preferred to make all the reservations out of Booking.com, so we stayed in touch by WhatsApp. At our arrival it was even hard to reach the staff guy and when we could he said that finally the address was not the same, that the price increased from 140€ to 260€, the reality is that the gentleman wanted us to stay in his own apartment and keep the cash by making us sleep in his own apartment which was not very far from the hotel "La Maison des artistes", we only found a hotel available from 3am otherwise we would sleep outside. To be avoided! EN: We are two adults and wanted to spend two nights in Bergamo. We wanted to book through Booking.com, but it stated that if we arrived after 11 PM, there would be an extra charge. We called to find out more. The employee informed us that after 11 PM, payment would be in cash only and advised us to handle all the booking arrangements outside of Booking.com. We communicated via WhatsApp. On the day of our arrival, it was difficult to reach this person. Even though we were told that the address had changed and the price had gone from €140 to €260, the reality is that the man wanted to put us up in his apartment and pocket the €260 by having us sleep there. His apartment wasn't far from the "La Casa dei Artisti" hotel. We only found a hotel available from 3 AM onwards; otherwise, we would have had to sleep outside. Avoid this! ES: We have 2 adults who spend 2 nights in Bérgamo, we have to book a reservation with Booking.com but we only mention that if we arrive at 11:00 p.m. we will pay an additional cost, we will inform you. We have said that since 11:00 p.m. we have tended to call only in effect and that we better have all the reservations made by Booking.com, as well as our messages in contact via WhatsApp. We know that finally the direction will not be the same, that the price will pass from 140€ to 260€... the reality is that the Lord asks that we will sleep in our own apartment and will sleep with the dinner in our own apartment that we can sleep in the hotel "The House of Artists", we only find a hotel available from 3 onwards of the opposite night we can sleep there. Please note that this accommodation is not recommended.

The extremely kind and friendly manager welcomed us into a cozy and unique property. However, the rooms don't have the same musical atmosphere as outside, which is a shame. The cleanliness could also be improved. The location is excellent, with plenty of options for dining and shopping just steps away!

2 stars as the owner was nice and the location is excellent. However the rooms are not cleaned nor properly maintained. The bed sheets were dirty, the rooms was dirty and the bathroom as well. Too bad, it would have made it perfect.
