We visited this restaurant once. However, we noticed that the prices in the menu did not match the prices on the bill. The alcoholic Aperol Spritz was listed at €10 and the non-alcoholic one at €9, but the final amount charged was different. In addition, we were served what appeared to be complimentary items from the restaurant, but these items were later included in the bill and charged to us. We would appreciate some clarification regarding these charges.

A charming stay in the heart of Bologna! The location is truly unbeatable, right in the old city centre, with everything just steps away. The room felt like stepping back in time — full of character and history — while still offering every modern comfort a guest could wish for. The attention and service were simply 10 out of 10.
My wife and I travel through Italy frequently, and usually come to Bologna once or twice a year. If you are looking for a perfect location to explore Bologna, you couldn't do better than Art Hotel Orologio. It's cental location, in the heart of Piazza Maggiore, makes seeing the sites easy and convenient. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The rooms clean, noiseless and comfortable. The cost, incredibly reasonable compared to it's competition. In addition, the breakfast, that came free with our stay was excellent and caters to all food allergy types. We have stayed in several hotels in Bologna throughout the years and this is by far the best experience we have had. We will be back. If you are passing through Bologna, I urge you to consider staying here.
