A wonderful hotel that I highly recommend. It has everything to please. Thank you all for making our stay so excellent. The welcome was impeccable, the staff incredibly attentive, the rooms spacious and very quiet, the bedding perfect, the breakfast generous and varied, and the location is excellent (20-25 minutes from the Rialto Bridge and St. Mark's Square). But walking through the streets of Venice is a true pleasure. It's an open-air museum. Beware of the heat and pickpockets (I had a very unpleasant experience) in the height of summer. Venice is quieter, more pleasant, and safer outside of peak season. But whatever the time of year, it's a city that deserves to be known and visited.
I booked this hotel via Chase portal, since it was a Chase Edit participating hotel. I love how convenient it was, in front of a water bus stop. The Venice train station was less than a 10 minute walk. Both of our rooms were just up the stairs on the first level, we were upgraded to a canal view. I was worried about the noise, but it did not bother us at nighttime. Our rooms were spacious and clean. Our shower didn’t drain very well. It was sloped away from the drain. We had access to the daily breakfast buffet, it was decent. We also received a $100 per room hotel credit, we used it for in room dining one night. Staff was wonderful. We asked about how to get to Murano and Burano islands, and they offered a free water taxi tour to a Murano glass factory. My kids loved it! They even sold Alilaguna water bus airport shuttle passes and we boarded literally right in front. It couldn’t be easier.
My stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel, Palazzo Nani in Venice exceeded every expectation and gave me one of the most unforgettable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and attention to every little detail. As I celebrated my birthday in Venice, the entire team made me feel incredibly special. They welcomed me with thoughtful birthday gifts, surprised me with beautiful balloons, and created unforgettable moments that I will treasure forever. Waking up to a birthday breakfast with the sweetest surprise—a delicious tiramisu pancake topped with a birthday candle—was such a thoughtful and heartwarming touch. It was the perfect way to begin my special day. Later that evening, I enjoyed an unforgettable Michelin-inspired birthday dinner prepared by the incredibly talented Chef. Every moment felt thoughtfully planned with love and genuine care. One of the highlights of my stay was the wonderful excursion to Murano, where I experienced the beauty of Venetian glassmaking, followed by a visit to the colorful island of Burano. The hotel team made every part of the experience effortless and even checked in with me throughout the day to make sure I was enjoying myself and had everything I needed. That level of genuine care is something you rarely experience. A very special thank you goes to the two wonderful Alinas, Alex, Banoth, and the entire team. Your kindness, professionalism, warmth, and constant attention made me feel like family. You didn’t just provide exceptional service—you created memories that will stay in my heart forever. Thank you for making my birthday one of the most beautiful celebrations of my life. I arrived as a guest, but I left feeling like I had found my Italian family. I cannot wait to return to Venice, and when I do, there is no question where I will stay. Grazie di cuore for everything. ❤️🇮🇹
Everything was perfect: a wonderful historic building in top condition (both inside and out), an appealing and stylish ambiance in all rooms, very dedicated staff, an almost familial welcome as a guest, logistically very convenient location (Guglie boat station right outside, to/from the airport or towards San Marco; to the train station/bus station/central Ferrovia boat station only a 15-minute walk), the hotel was very clean throughout, and the hotel bar (open until 11:30 pm) offered a wide selection.
Great atmosphere, excellent service
Federica was the first staff member we came across at the reception. She was so warm and friendly, making us feel instantly welcome and relaxed. She helped us to get an early check in which we really appreciated.
