En 't Sluisje, las drag queens también son tus camareras: el diminuto restaurante a orillas del canal en Torensteeg sirve cenas de tres platos con espectáculo desde 1995, y sigue siendo una de las noches más divertidas y fiables del centro. La fórmula es fija y querida: reservas una hora, las reinas sirven, insultan y dan serenatas en igual medida, y para el postre, toda la sala suele estar cantando. Los menús son sencillos, de cocina holandesa-internacional; nadie viene solo por la comida, pero se defiende bien. Reserva con antelación, especialmente los fines de semana, ya que el local tiene capacidad para unas pocas docenas como máximo. Ideal para cumpleaños y para introducir a los escépticos de los espectáculos de drag en esta forma de arte.

Staff were rude and overcharged us by a lot. The food was not amazing and the drag artists just mimed badly and stood at the bar most of the night. Do not recommend at all!
