Lo que dicen los críticos

Visitors frequently praise the hotel's free parking, spacious rooms with kitchenettes, and generally good value for money. However, several guests report issues with cleanliness, with some describing rooms as dirty or having moldy bathrooms, and one reviewer found the hotel more akin to a hostel than a hotel.

A good, comfortable hotel in The Hague. It has a kitchen and is reasonably priced.

We booked a panoramic room for three nights. The room itself is really nicely done, although the bathroom and the bed are relatively small for two people. The view from the 8th floor is very impressive. The price-performance ratio is good! Snacks and drinks are available at any time. Regarding breakfast: fantastic!! There's no traditional buffet, but rather a wonderful and attentive table service that caters to your every need. Breakfast is served in two time slots: from 7:00 to 9:30 and from 9:30 to 11:00. The breakfast server deserves high praise! The hotel offers free parking right at the hotel, which is a huge plus. The city center is easily accessible by bicycle, which can be rented on almost every corner via an app. The ride takes about 20 minutes, and the prices are perfectly reasonable. The beach is also about a 20-minute drive away. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and felt quite comfortable. We would definitely come back. Thank you for the pleasant stay!

We had four wonderful nights including breakfast and were absolutely delighted. The entire team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming—we felt at home from the very first moment. We would especially like to commend Jacqueline from the breakfast service. Every morning, her friendly and attentive manner ensured we had a perfect start to the day. Such warm and welcoming service is truly special and memorable. The breakfast itself was also delicious and varied, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Nice hotel. Supermarket is nearby (only 5m).Friendly receptionist. Hotel offers self laundry service-need to register-each time can use the laundry room for 4 hours- buts that’s good enough. No provided soap for laundry, need to own prepare. Inside the room has electric kettle, microwave and fan.

I have rarely hated a place so much. From the start, I had a bad feeling: the parking lot. It was filthy, with smelly garbage cans right next to it… Luckily, it was free. When we arrived at the room, it was a huge disappointment. A room meant for six people, tiny, absolutely nothing like the photos. To get to the bathroom, you had to climb a flight of stairs—super dangerous with children. And the bathroom was literally inside the double room, so it was impossible to get in without making noise. In the end, we didn't even spend the night in that room: it was disgusting. There was dust, hair, and pet hair literally EVERYWHERE. Not just in one corner: it was clear that neither the vacuum cleaner nor the mop had been used in a while. The worst part is that when we reported the problem, we were the ones who got yelled at by the receptionist. The world turned upside down, isn't it? Response: “I don’t have anyone to clean the room at this hour.” My partner started to lose patience and asked for another room, but we were told there weren’t any. Strange, considering their website still showed many rooms available. Finally, the receptionist found us two other rooms… This time, it was clean, hallelujah! However, the smell in the rooms… no comment. As for the bathroom: broken shower tray, broken doors; the result after every shower: a pool of water on the floor. The beds were also a disaster. And then there was our room… how to put it… unusual? Gloomy? Yes, because we were treated to walls covered in disgusting graffiti. You’re not dreaming: graffiti in a hotel room. Look at the photos, it’s unbelievable! The hotel deserves one star only for the breakfast. The rest is a write-off. I have never had to leave such a catastrophic review, but unfortunately, this is the reality.

From the moment you step out of the elevator, the smell of air freshener hits you. It is actually truly unbearable. Upon entering the room, an overwhelming odor seems to linger here as well. In the bathroom, cigarette ash turns out to be lying in the toilet bowl. At this point, we still hope that toilet freshener was sprayed in the room to camouflage the smell and that it will dissipate quickly. We open the window, leave the room, and expect a scent-free room upon our return. Unfortunately, the smell continues to dominate. We checked all the power outlets but couldn't find a diffuser. Despite the noise, we slept with the window open, and even then, we smelled it regularly during the night. Everything was available for breakfast, but really no more than the bare minimum. For this price, there are certainly better hotels.
