Sheraton Poznan Hotel

My stay at the Sheraton was a great success. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious and offered a wide selection. The staff deserves special mention – everyone was helpful, courteous, and professional. The only downside is the off-site parking, which could be a bit more convenient for guests. Apart from that, everything was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return on my next visit to Poznań.

Update: We're landing at the Sheraton on July 29, 2026, on our next sentimental trip to Poznań. It's a special, personal place for us. We value this hotel for many reasons. Its excellent location, accessible by foot, bike, and public transport, makes everything easy, and is located in the Jeżyce district of Poznań. The hotel itself is, of course, above all, its staff, who can make your stay truly unique. Katarzyna Tritt, Katarzyna Larska-Burzyńska, and Cristina Buraclu, the former General Manager of this hotel, are the people who have given this place a special and unique character. Many new faces, old friends, and the high standard of guest care are thanks to the entire team, despite the passage of time. The people of Poznań are solid individuals. It's a place we miss and return to. We notice more greenery and more living plants in the hotel, which is a very positive surprise. Our room has silent, efficient air conditioning and the ability to open the window, which is very important to us. We prefer to stay in our room with the window open, but on these hot days, the air conditioning was a lifesaver. Good Day ! My wife and I would like to express our heartfelt thanks to Mrs. Katarzyna Larska-Burzyńska, Operations Director for the entire Staff of the Sheraton Poznań Hotel, for treating us guests individually. During our stay at the hotel, it was a special day for me, I celebrated my birthday. The Director and the Staff made it special, I was pleasantly surprised on many levels. On 03.05.2025, our next, several-day stay in this place ended. We would like to thank Mrs. Katarzyna Tritt for the wonderful welcome, memory, quick check-in, check-out time and individual hospitality flowing from her Person, Mr. Paweł Stocki for helping with luggage when we were leaving the hotel and the entire Reception Staff, who noticed us throughout our stay, were at our disposal, provided professional help, in direct conversation and by phone. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the Technician from the Technical Department, who on the first day, immediately helped us with the bathroom door, the Lady from the Room Service Department, her great tact and personal culture, the Maids, who with their hard work, every day made our hotel room, during our entire stay, look like our own in our apartment, everything perfect and in its place. We would like to express our heartfelt thanks to the Sheraton Club Employees for creating a wonderful, intimate atmosphere for the two of us, the entire Team of the restaurant, where breakfasts were served, for their professional approach to us, not intrusive, but always with sensitivity, always nearby, always on site, the entire Hotel Kitchen Crew, who with their effort, culinary artistry made our stay feel with all our senses, a great menu, different every day, right on target - bravo Chef !!!
