Bajo el castillo

Aside from the location, this hotel has nothing to offer. It's dirty, the TV remotes are sticky, and the WiFi is so weak that websites won't load. The hotel is dingy, a disaster, and I'll never stay there again.

A hotel in the city center, on the route to the Pomeranian Dukes' Castle and the National Museum. Close to the train station and numerous restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!

No A/C, when you open the window you'll hear the horrible noise all night comming from the street traffic and shouting people plus the room doors. The carpet smells the feet and there's mold in the bathroom ( yuck). Dust everywhere; weak WiFi . The breakfast is not the buffet - they give you some cheese and ham, bread and butter plus some sweet jam, scrumbled eggs and some vegetables. The personnel is nice but not properly trained. You have to ask for everything (like kettle in the room or another coffee ...) No lift and darkness in the stairs. The beds are OK. Pay more money and find something better in the area, there's plenty. And yes you pay in advance when you check in before seeing the room.

A nice place, it's a pity it was destroyed during the war and not rebuilt.

A clean, slightly dated room. Perfectly fine for 1-2 nights. Central location. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was sufficient and tasty. The bathroom is very small and cramped, and there's no shower gel. We only had one electrical outlet in the room (which can be inconvenient at times). There's no parking for guests, and no free parking nearby either.

An intimate hotel on the edge of the Old Town.

A charming little hotel with a 24-hour reception. It was our first time in Szczecin, and we received a friendly welcome. German wasn't spoken, but English was. We booked three rooms, unfortunately spread across three floors. It's not wheelchair accessible. Parking directly in front of the hotel costs money, but the staff gave us a tip on where to park for free nearby. Anyone complaining about only having Polish TV should stay home. You don't get that in France either. Perfect location. Everything is within walking distance. There's a small Zapka market about 300 meters away where you can buy essentials. I can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it. You can find inexpensive food and drinks along the harbor promenade. Overall, very good.
