For many years, my friends and I regularly visited this establishment because of their 1+1 promotion, which lasted until 9:00 PM. We were even more surprised when, on our last visit, after we had already taken a table, the information on the screens still displayed that the promotion lasted until 9:00 PM. When we paid, however, we discovered that the promotion was supposedly only valid until 8:00 PM. We pointed this out to the waiter, pointing out that the advertisement was still displaying the outdated hours at that very moment. We were only told that "this shouldn't be displayed anymore" and that it was outdated. Despite the obvious misinformation, the bill was still charged in full. The most disappointing thing isn't the change in promotion hours itself, but the way the situation was handled. They could have handled the matter with class, acknowledged their own communication error, and treated the customer with respect. Instead, we received only excuses, and the responsibility was shifted to the customer. This was a very unpleasant situation and unfortunately, it has significantly impacted my opinion of this place. I hope the establishment will ensure its communications are up to date and improve its customer service to prevent similar situations from happening again.

Very good breakfasts, filling, with distinct flavors – we ordered shakshuka and avocado toast. Price-wise, it's one of the cheapest options in Warsaw. A pleasant, quiet atmosphere, and the service was very friendly. Despite the line and the large crowd, we were able to eat our meals in peace, and the food arrived quite quickly. The coffee was also very tasty, and the milks could be personalized. I recommend it.

The club itself is very cool, but I left my jacket in the cloakroom and never got it back. It was lost. To this day, I haven't received any response to my email to management, nor any gesture of goodwill from the establishment. I pay precisely so I don't lose my jacket...

Two of bartenders are creeps. Both had black hair and one had a beard. I ordered a drink downstairs on Friday night/Saturday morning and the one bartender grabbed a napkin and held it on my chest to hide my cleavage claiming that the other one was new and was insinuating that he was easily distracted and I had to cover up. They both laughed about it as I got increasingly more uncomfortable. My boyfriend confronted them later and they claimed to not speak English until he put it into translate and they said it was a joke but wouldn’t happen again. Other than that the vibes and the music were great. We still had a great night but what they did was completely unprofessional and honestly so creepy considering it should be a safe space for everyone. If it weren’t for them I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very nice breakfasts – tasty and at a really good price. The only downside is the rather long wait, about 15 minutes, which seems a bit long for breakfast, but overall, for the price, I can't complain.

I really liked it, very nice security guys and great drinks.
