The staff was great but the accommodation is dirtier than the street outside. The toilets are always smelling bad and the sinc was clogged which made it worse(stale water)

There are bedbugs here. The doorknob in room 312 works by feel. I got locked twice. It wasn't until the fourth day of my stay that I learned how to use it.

Terrible place and terrible attitude. I booked mixed dorm for me and my 17years old son and they told me is not possible to host us as he is not 18 and that it is my fault that I did not read the terms and conditions and refused to give me money back. They just tried to force us to pay for the private room what I refused. I hope this money will help them with their miserable lives. Toxic attitude, basically stealing from people repeating only "it is not possible, we can not, there is no manager, you can complain over the email". If you want to experience the most toxic and arrogant service Stay Safe hostel may be your choice. Also it is hostel so I did not have expectations, but it did not look the same as pictures, it looked more poor and dirty.

Packed room hardly any space for moving around.

The hostel is impossible to reach by phone nor by email. I have been trying for days.

Location just steps from the square with Sigismund's Column, comfortable beds. Free kitchen access, sweet/savory buffet breakfast 35 PLN from 7:30 am to 11:00 am, luggage storage after checkout costs 10 PLN. Bathrooms are poorly cleaned.
