Unlike other bistros where the meat is dry or rushed, here the dish simply melts in your mouth. Quality & Taste: Unlike other places where the meat becomes dry or suffocating due to the rush of the process, here you can feel the absolute respect for the ingredient. The fibers are tenderized to perfection, and the sauces are reduced correctly, having a depth of taste that you rarely find, obtained only through hours of simmering over low heat, not through culinary shortcuts. Authenticity: The plate is not unnecessarily loaded; you have the freshness of some crunchy vegetables (tender green beans, mixed salad with a fine dressing) that perfectly cut through the richness of the meat, creating a balance on the palate worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant, not a neighborhood bistro. I RECOMMEND! A true delight for those who appreciate slow-cooking done by the book!!

I had a wonderful experience at Slow in Bucharest! The food was absolutely delicious, beautifully served, and full of flavour. I ordered a bagel pulled. The quality of the food really exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was lovely, the presentation was great, and the overall experience was excellent. A special thank you to the chef for preparing such a fantastic meal and putting so much care into the food. You can truly taste the passion and attention to detail in every bite! Everything was spot on, and I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended to anyone visiting or living in Bucharest looking for great food and a lovely dining experience! Fantastic! Everything was delicious! The hummus was incredible! The duck was tender and melt-in-your-mouth! The desserts were divine! The waiter was attentive, offered great advice, and was very friendly. I'll definitely be back on my next trip to Bucharest.

The beef was good, the ribs decent. The bagel, on the other hand, was a total disappointment: the bagel was hard, the meat was dry, and the mayonnaise... terrible. The service was ok, the waiter very kind, although they didn't bring us everything we ordered, but the products in question were on the receipt. The request to pay in cash, and not by card, was dubious. Maybe we were unlucky, but we certainly won't be back to check.
