Beautiful, clean sauna, very pleasant environment, peace, quiet and relaxation. The service staff is top notch. 👍

Please, I'm writing here for a bunch of guys! What do they come here for as customers _ I see that others have already complained about it - PLEASE OPEN THE SAUNA AT LEAST from 2:00 PM or 3:00 PM Many people have a problem getting enough sleep because they can't catch the trains and buses home PLEASE BE VERY NICE!!!! Please give at least Saturday from 14:00 or 15:00 - Many people who want to go there do not have time to get out of the refrigerator, for example, because the train or bus leaves at 17:00, which is quite late for opening time A LOT OF PEOPLE WOULD BE PLEASED WITH THAT!!!!!!!!

A clean, small club with a steam room, sauna, and cinema. Few cabins. Smoking is only permitted for IQOS and e-cigarettes. It was quite quiet for a Friday evening (we were there from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM). The other guests were very prudish and showed little to no interest.

Booked two massages there. Called in advance made the reservation and then we showed up to the place 20 minutes in advance. They said two “English speakers” showed up before us and claimed they were the ones who had the the reservation, I told the staff since the massages had not started they should tell them they didn’t book anything and they were stealing someone else’s reservation, they did not seem helpful at all and just kept saying “sorry”. Terrible service, I would not recommend this place to anyone. 👎🏼 UPDATE: Not only was the staff not helpful at all, you would think they would correct the mistake and offer me a different time or tell the other people they didn’t book anything and the people from the reservation are outside. Their response is: we did nothing wrong and it’s your fault you don’t like anything. LOL

I highly recommend Sauna in Bratislava!! Friendly service and a nice, clean room. Reasonable prices.
