The store is a beautiful gem, well-organized, and with a huge variety of products. It's clear it's well-maintained, and it's a pleasure to be inside. However, the heat is unbearable. It literally feels like a sauna; it's even hotter inside than outside, which makes the experience quite uncomfortable and makes you want to leave quickly instead of taking the time to browse and shop at your leisure. Honestly, I don't know how you manage to operate like this. With proper air conditioning, it would be a perfect place, because it certainly has the potential. I hope they fix it soon.

The store looked amazing, with tons of toys, and I went in wanting to buy something. But the saleswoman was totally unfriendly; I asked her a bunch of questions and she showed absolutely no interest in answering. In fact, I wanted to know the price of something and she told me to look at the tag. She seems more there to make sure people don't buy anything than to actually help customers. They could put someone more outgoing in a store like that!
