Pensión Vista Alegre

It was terrible. My family and I went, but we sat on the floor for two whole hours because reception opens at 1 or 2 pm. Also, the room was very small and cold, there was no heating, and the bathroom water was cold.

Below subpar with quite dirty bedsheets and towels.

The location is unbeatable, metro nearby and San Mamés a 5-minute walk away. The workers are nice and pleasant.

We went for a one-night stay, and well, the value for money isn't bad for Bilbao; it's one of the most affordable options. It's true that the bed in the rooms was small, and the furniture was also a bit old. It also smelled of some kind—I don't know if it was tobacco or something else, but it smelled quite strong, which wasn't very pleasant. The location was fine, but generally speaking, it's a good place to spend one night.

Great location, extremely clean rooms, sheets, and towels. Friendly staff.
