The meat was out of this world. I respect their concept that you have to place your order when you make your reservation. It sounds odd at the beginning of, but when you visit the place you realize that they only serve 5 tables. Telling them from before what you are having , will only help them deliver quality. The steak (60 days dry aged) was madly soft. Juicy and cooked to perfection. The tartare was also amazing as well as the peppers. Atmosphere is not nice. It’s not vibey at all. And the neighborhood it is located is a bit weird.
Amazing food, great vibes, and excellent service! Everything we ordered was top-notch. Will definitely visit again!
We came on the recommendation of friends who appreciate fine dining, so we knew it was a safe bet. But it far exceeded our expectations. You can taste the passion and care they put into every dish. They greet you with a personalized menu, which is a lovely touch. The 100% Japanese Wagyu, A5 quality, was prepared tableside, with an intense flavor and silky texture. Pure umami. The aged beef burger practically melted in your mouth, served with a light, buttery bun. The ribeye steak was incredible, cooked to perfection and with an amazing flavor. But what truly makes the difference is the chef. Iker comes to the table to explain each cut, telling you where each piece of meat comes from and the aging process. It's not just about eating meat. It's about understanding it. It's one of those steakhouses where you go to eat and leave having learned something. A must-try.
A truly unique experience; a small restaurant with exceptional cuisine. Make a reservation and take your time.
We loved it! We'd been wanting to try it for a while and it was well worth it; we'll definitely be back. We had kamado-cooked langoustines that were exquisite with that smoky touch. The Wagyu beef is prepared to order with a blowtorch and oak embers, which is a spectacle in itself, and its texture and tenderness are amazing. The ribeye steak with potatoes and Lodosa peppers was flavorful and delicious. We also loved the homemade bread and the Guinness beer cake. The attention and service were fantastic; everything was planned and executed to make the experience perfect. It's a pleasure to encounter professionals like Iker and his wife!
Haragui Menu. In a word (spectacular)! A very, very welcoming place and a delight for the palate! The meat is spectacular, and the way they explain everything is top-notch. 100% recommended. A good red wine or one of their txakolis is always a sure bet.
