Super hôtel fulfilled with good vibes

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Axel Beach Ibiza and honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. I visited with my sister and a friend for my birthday, while my friend was attending a wedding, and what was meant to be a shorter stay turned into 11 amazing days because we simply didn't want to leave! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. A special thank you to Nabila, Mei, Kiara, Jeorge, Belen, Marco, and Roberto, as well as the housekeeping team, who all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Everyone was incredibly friendly, warm, and attentive, making us feel completely at home throughout our visit. Our room on the 5th floor was lovely, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The hotel itself has such a welcoming atmosphere that extending our stay was an easy decision—we loved every minute of being there. The location is also fantastic, with plenty to enjoy nearby. There's an amazing pizza restaurant directly across the road serving some of the best pizza we've had, and a great ice cream shop just a short walk away, which became one of our favourite treats during the trip. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a lovely experience. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend Axel Beach Ibiza to anyone looking for a friendly, welcoming, and enjoyable place to stay.

Sublime hotel, very modern and stylish. The staff are mega helpful, and they are openly LGBTQ friendly, and we love that. Come and be yourself, no judgement, just pure acceptance and kindness. We will definitely be back

We spent a week in Ibiza. Apartment room 414 was very spacious with a partial sea view. We loved the large bed and the furnishings. Less appealing were a loose light switch and some minor details (sloppy tile work). The breakfast was great, the staff was always very attentive, and the location was excellent. There are good restaurants right next to the hotel, as well as a bike rental shop, which we used three times.

It was impossible to relax by the pool all afternoon; we were subjected to blaring music. We were very surprised at checkout to be charged €14 for two 25cl bottles of water.

We had a room on the top floor and were very happy with it; it was spacious and functionally furnished. Sufficient for us. However, for a 4-star hotel, it's a bit too basic in many ways. Whether it was the laminate flooring with large gaps or the completely mismatched crockery at breakfast, but in the end, everything we needed was somehow available. Nabila, the lady at reception, greeted us very warmly and gave us some excellent tips. Except for the El Virot restaurant... Don't go there! Everyone at reception was very friendly and helpful. I think we would come back because nothing I had to criticize negatively impacted our holiday experience. It's just the rowdy, oblivious guests you sometimes see, but whom we mostly avoided, that are very annoying. The hotel can't be blamed for that, though. The island is a party island, so it would be silly to expect only peace and quiet and guests who don't party, wouldn't it? ;D

Yup we went back for the 3rd time. all my previous comments are still legit. i just want to thank Flor from breakfast department Nabila ( it was once again great to see you again) and Meimona from the reception. you guys made our stay Update sept 2025. Yes we went back and i am glad we did. The music was not loud anymore and we booked an other room so the hallway noise isnt a issue anymore. A great apartment. great staff. great location. The view from our room that looks over the sea and swimmingpool area is amazing

The hotel is well-located, the rooms are spacious with kitchenettes, it's clean, and the staff is attentive and professional. Special mention to Nabila at reception, a lovely and very kind girl :) I would definitely stay again.
