I highly recommend this place. Perfect location. Queen's Square. Served by Diana: outstanding service. Homemade, high-quality drinks and food. Wide selection. It was very difficult to choose as everything looked so tempting. Air-conditioned. Spacious, as it has an upstairs. It's a shame this chain doesn't exist in France. Don't miss it. I genuinely wish they would franchise to Vienna,Austria. We stumbled upon this gem on our holiday and visited once for lunch and once for breakfast. Everything was delicious and the Mandarin dessert is not just beautiful to look at but also tasty. Amazing!

We placed a fairly large order through Uber Eats, and the experience was truly awful. Most of the dishes we ordered were quinoa bowls, which are practically impossible to eat with your hands. We specifically indicated in the order that we needed cutlery, and yet they didn't include any. Furthermore, we were outside of Valencia, in a place where we have no way of buying cutlery or finding it in any nearby store. After spending the entire day at the beach, we were left with an entire order that we couldn't eat and that will probably end up in the trash. But the worst part wasn't even the mistake with the cutlery, but the customer service we received when trying to resolve it. We called to speak to a manager, and initially, we were treated quite rudely. Afterward, the only response we received was basically "we're sorry," without offering any solution, alternative, or even attempting to help us. We completely understand that mistakes can happen with an order. What we don't understand is that, faced with such a problem, especially one involving a large order, the restaurant does absolutely nothing to try and resolve it. A very disappointing experience, both because of the service and, above all, because of the terrible handling and communication surrounding the issue.
