It would be good to have someone at reception to answer questions, especially when checking in.

A mixed bag of rating stars. Let’s start with the good. The location is superb, right at one end of the Fußgänger-Einkaufsplatz (Pedestrian Shopping Plaza). My balcony had a pleasant view of the hilltop castle. The bed was very comfortable, clothes cabinet was ample. The bad: In spite of email and text communication, that contained booking number, confirmation number & receipt, THEY COULDN’T locate my reservation. The woman said she would set me up with a room. Oh how nice since it was already paid for. Since I was early, and the room wasn’t ready, we agreed that I’d look around town and she would give me a room key upon my return. I returned later and she was gone. I called the hotel help line and explained my situation. He couldn’t have cared less. Finally got the key. Thin walls, night light that doesn’t shut off, only one bath towel, no refrigerator for diabetic supplies and no American power outlet (2 or 3 prong). There isn’t a coffee maker either. I am not recommending a stay here. But do go see the last remaining wooden covered bridge over the Rhine.

I booked this property tonight at 00:12 through Booking, but due to a platform error the dates were shifted from August to May. I immediately noticed the issue and at 00:13 (ONE MINUTE LATER) I contacted the property asking if it was possible to cancel or change the dates. Since the payment had already been processed, they replied that neither a date change nor a refund was possible. Is it really impossible to make an exception for a mistake that wasn’t our fault, especially when we reported it ONE MINUTE later (not months later)? If this is how the property treats its guests, it’s better to stay away. €124 basically taken like this. And by the way, changing the dates to high season would have actually earned you more, but apparently that wasn’t considered. UNBELIEVABLE

Perfectly positioned in the heart of the city, it's an easy walk to the central spots, blending urban buzz with comfort. Rooms were impeccably clean and oh-so-comfy, with breathtaking views that stole the show. The cherry on top? Heated bathroom floors—pure bliss during our winter visit, warming toes after chilly days out. Hats off to the dining room staff we met—she was a relentless powerhouse of positivity, always happy and eager to please. Her energy lit up every meal. A gem in Vaduz! 5/5 stars – Highly recommend for a smart, snug getaway.

A very nice hotel located in the center of Vaduz, an ideal location for exploring the city and for traveling throughout Liechtenstein. The rooms and bathrooms are spectacular and new. The spa area, complete with sauna and tea service, is also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the country.
