Hotel Motel One Basilea

This was one of the best accommodation i ever had during my holidays. Location, comfort and breakfast was perfect. But the hospitality, the kindness of the people was top level. Special thanks to Tamer, who welcomed us at a very early time with perfectly nice and helpful approach. Me and my wife will first look for hotel one after now.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Motel One Basel. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of Basel, within walking distance of restaurants, museums, shops and public transportation. The hotel has a modern and stylish atmosphere, the rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the calm and cozy ambiance after a long day in the city. Great value for Basel and definitely a hotel I would happily stay at again. Highly recommended!

When you book a Motel One, you know what to expect. The quality is solid, the rooms are cozy and comfortable, and the doors are very heavy. The hotel in Basel was very well located. The rooms took some getting used to, as the door wasn't heavy, there was no desk, and the windows weren't floor-to-ceiling. The walls could also have used a fresh coat of paint. It wasn't really a big deal, and I would definitely book the hotel again because of its excellent location. However, it didn't quite live up to the usual Motel One standard. Breakfast was okay, with a few local specialties, like Bircher muesli and Gruyère cheese alongside the Gouda.

Great hotel and ideally located near the tram line. The staff was always really helpful.

Amazing Hotel with good size rooms, modern and new, located right in the centre of Bssel at a very fair price. We highly recommend this hotel. It's our second stay here.
