Good location, clean, comfortable rooms. Decor is old-fashioned but that is not a problem The lack of heating in the rooms is a problem. Extra blankets or a portable heater could have been offered. Otherwise, the staff were helpful and the all-inclusive breakfast was fine. There is no secure parking, but there are pay-to-park, spaces in front (if you can get the blasted things to work!), and a paying car park just opposite. This is the old, ticket-issue kind. We parked on the pavement in a side street.

I have a very bad experience here, I tried to call to this hotel to reserve a room for a client of mine, however, the receptionist did not speak English and unfortunately, I do not speak Ukrainian. So that is very unfortunate that a five star hotel does not provide services in English. You lost a customer.

Who gave this place 5 stars? It's just a nightmare, old, dirty, cracked place, everything in dust. It felt like I was in the Soviet Union. Fear of God!

Stayed at the hotel for three days. Old building. The room was clean, cleaned every day. I liked it.

I have stayed at this hotel several times. The hotel is old and atmospheric, but clearly needs renovation. The first impression is spoiled by the smell of dust in the corridors. The floor covering is worn and stained. The rooms do not have such sets as in other five-star hotels. The garbage is removed according to the mood, when the stars will be, or according to some other incomprehensible principle. In the refrigerator you can find leftovers from previous residents. In the red dusty bedspread on the bed there are fleas, to which the staff does not react.

The hotel is housed in a beautiful Art Nouveau building and is centrally located in the city center. The rooms are modern and spacious. The breakfast selection is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Soviet hotel. Rooms accordingly. There is no mosquito net on any window, the air conditioner does not work - accordingly it is impossible to sleep either because of the heat or the room is full of mosquitoes. Old blankets

A beautiful landmark of Dnipro in the Ukrainian Art Nouveau style. But like many Dnipro buildings, its façade is in need of restoration.
