Sometimes, things go wrong, but it is the way it is handled and the rectification of these issues that matter the most. I cannot express how grateful I am to Rachel, Sacha and the team on how I was treated on my latest visit. The kindness, care and consideration shown was above and beyond and this has reminded me as to why the Imperial is my first choice when staying in Blackpool. You will never beat pure and genuine customer care. Thank you and see you again very soon!

Stayed for one night. Beautiful building with lots of history and character. Of course, the place is old and is in need of updating. But my biggest issue is that there is only 1 person in reception. There are so many rooms and people staying, each time I passed the lobby, the receptionist was alone, faced with a long queue of guests, many who were upset. The bar has 2 staff, the breakfast had over 6, reception should have at least 2, especially during check in time and the summer holiday. Also, there is a soft play, arcade room, and cinema in the basement. We were not told of this but I found it online later. We had to enter the backrooms to find it 🤣🤣🤣 the softplay has awesome art and would be nice if more is done, especially if people with kids checking in were made aware of it.

Just stayed here for 2 nights sat and Sunday, What a beautiful hotel, lots of history, great facilities, friendly staff and spotlessly clean, we did upgrade to a superior room with sea view which was fantastic, the breakfast was lovely plenty of choice and all freshly cooked,The location is perfect by the north pier 15 min walk to the tower but tram stops right outside if walking is a struggle, there is a lovely bar and terrace outside to enjoy if the sun is shining, Would recommend to anyone and will be definitely be going back 👍👍👍
