Hotel Legends

I love this hotel. Staff are great from the people who serve breakfast through to the security at 2am. Rooms are compact but always clean and good value for money. There’s a nightclub underneath - it’s a good place to finish the evening. Door staff ensure the atmosphere is inclusive.

As a recurring visitor I love my weekends at Legends. Always clean, comfortable, good location and with good food. But what sets it apart is it's staff. I was greeted as a friend and made welcome throughout the stay. The staff are professional and respectful but also kind, human and loveable. Thank you, all. I look forward to my next visit. M x

I stayed here following the funeral of my husband. i needed to just get away after what has been a difficult few months. The staff were absolutely incredible so kind and helpful. they gave me advice on what was happening at the local venues and gave me a couple of suggestions for things i haven’t done on previous trips. Thank you so much team i had an incredible time. My room was sumptuous and the view from my window was amazing

Amazing incredible Sunday lunch at legends today, truly delicious! Good table service too which is rare these days, and to top off a fabulous day with friends!!! Cabaret x 2! Been here a few times and it just gets better! Thank you legends!

The room was very small, filthy carpet on the floor, impossible to have the window up due to mosquitoes who tried to get in all the time, no wardrobe, no chair to sit on. Toilet and shower were of a total of about 1 m3. In short, a terrible room. The only positive I can say about this place is the view..

What an amazing experience, from the initial booking to the stay was PERFECT. Lovely rooms, great bar and as advertised they have a nightclub on some days and again that was great as a late night tipple and dance. I will definitely be back and will recommend to all

Location us just perfect right on the seafront and close to everything. Such a great lively venue lots of entertainment going on you feel you didn't need to leave the venue. Rooms are very clean and serviced by housekeeping daily if you wish, you do have the option. And I was advised that if I needed anything the reception or bar staff would help me out. Breakfast was amazing and such great value I paid £12 as I had pre booked the day before. The venue does have a night club in the basement which I was aware of before I arrived. Earplugs were provided for me but didn't need them as I went down and joined in with the fun. Will definitely be coming back.

Met some friends at Legends for Sunday lunch, what an experience, Amazing atmosphere and superb lunch. what made it even more special was the drag show after lunch. My first time seeing a drag show but will definitely be back again. The staff were so attentive and polite. Great value for money. One not to miss.

We had the most delicious Sunday lunch full of great cooked roast potatoes. The beef was amazing plenty of veg and side sauces on offer. Friendly service highly recommended.

Stayed at Legends Hotel Brighton recently for a conference and came away genuinely impressed. The room was light and airy, with a spectacular sea view that made it hard to focus on emails when the horizon kept calling. The staff struck that perfect balance of friendly and professional, always welcoming without ever feeling over the top. Breakfast was a real highlight too, cooked to order and exactly what you want to start the day properly. It’s one of those places that quietly exceeds expectations, and I’m already planning a return trip, this time with my partner to enjoy a more relaxed, social stay in Brighton

Top notch across the board! Staff were great from the moment we arrived. We got to town we'll before check-in time and they held our luggage while we explored the nearby pier and lanes. We had a large sea view room which definitely was large and seemed even bigger after the micro rooms of London. We could see the pier from our room and walking up to see the water and just sitting by the window with a coffee such a relaxing start to the day. The road out front can get busy so the noise from the traffic can be distracting but the hotel does provide ear plugs though we didn't need them. The bar staff downstairs were absolutely lovely and good fun. We were here mid week so no shows and we realize that meant a much quieter experience compared to the weekend or in prime summer. Would stay again and hands down would recommend.

Dirty room, not cleaned properly or at all. Unhappy & unfriendly staff. Bouncers unfair and aggressive!! One night stay was to much to bear. I will definitely not be returning again. Disappointing beyond belief.

My overall impression of the hotel was negative. The building itself is very inconvenient: the hallways are narrow, and the standard rooms are small. We booked a large 35-square-meter room with a good view, but it didn't help matters. The main problem is the hotel has no air conditioning at all! The windows face a busy street. The intense traffic noise makes it impossible to sleep with the windows open. If you close them, the room becomes unbearably hot and stifling. The hotel also has a unique atmosphere and isn't suitable for everyone—the type of guests and the behavior of many guests are uncomfortable.

I absolutely loved staying at Legends Hotel. I originally booked just one night, but I enjoyed it so much that I decided to stay an extra day. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are lovely, and the views are beautiful. Liss at reception is an absolute sweetheart, and not only her — all the hotel staff and the bar team were incredibly friendly, welcoming and kind. The location is also perfect: very close to the centre, surrounded by lovely restaurants and nice places, and only about two minutes walking from the beach. When I come back to Brighton, I already know where I’ll stay. Thank you for such a lovely experience.

Awful- Kim woodburn look a like couldn't remember her SAI training and turned me away aged 31 with grey hair because my ID card was a PASS card despite it being a legal ID and a part of her SIA training. Asked the manager to come out to make the decision, little 5ft nothing chubby guy who claimed PASS cards weren't valid ID when it is govenment issue and a part of both SAI training as well as licence holder training. Safe to say our party of 15 people went elsewhere. Needs to refresh their training!

I had to update my review. Music is amazing the past few times I’ve been there. Drinks are cheap. Amazing security and atmosphere. Legends is getting gradually back on track🔥🔥🔥

Beautiful place. Stunning views from our room. Good breakfast very friendly helpful staff. Beautiful interior. Close to everything. Spotlessly clean everywhere. Nice sun terrace.

Room with a view. But a little bit on the smaller side. But nevertheless i would come back. Great shows downstairs. This is where the legends are :-)

Very unwelcoming bar with a weird atmosphere. The staff and overall vibe felt unfriendly, and it didn’t feel like a place that wants people to feel comfortable.

Convenient location at an affordable price. Loud at night due to the nightclub downstairs but earplugs were provided.
