I was really impressed. I am a terrible sleeper but, slept really well here. The air conditioning was a real help and it was so quiet which was a real surprise. Breakfast was laid out really nice and plenty of choice and catered for special dietary requirements so well. Everyone was friendly and room was clean. Great shower too. Will definitely stay again.
The only positive thing is the location. The rooms are fine, but they don't have closets or drawers. It only has 30 minutes of free Wi-Fi per day, so if you need to go there for work, it's not the best option.
The hotel has a great location! You can walk to Westminster in 10-15 minutes. The area is quiet, and the rooms are fine. The only downside is that there wasn't a mini-fridge. The check-in service was good.
Paid £190 for one night. When I pulled back the quilt, there were toenails under it! The room also smelt fishy.
I stayed for 3 nights last weekend as on a training course in Leicester Square , I stayed there as it was so close to Waterloo Station and so affordable compared to lecister square , the staff were so kind and helpful , the rooms were cosy. Comfortable and peaceful, especially in this heat ! I will definitely be back when in London again 🎉🎉🎉🪇🪇
