Very disappointing experience. My two friends and I had already been there for around two hours and were queuing for the downstairs club when this security guard suddenly kicked us out simply because my friend was talking to the guy he had an issue with. We were given no explanation and no chance to explain ourselves. When I said it felt racist because we’re people of colour, he replied, “Yeah, I’m racist, so what?” He was also very aggressive and trying to get physical with both me and other guests, while I remained calm throughout the situation. Maybe he has anger issues idk. We weren’t causing any trouble and just wanted to enjoy our night. It’s sad that this happened because I’m a regular and have never experienced anything like this before.

Came with my husband we both straight and honestly such a warm welcome. The young lad who was 31 didnt look it and a customer drinking bloody Mary's was such a laugh veey welcoming. Back soon when we return to london next month

Always busy, loud, but has a good vibe. Solid place for drinks and a night out. Good crowd, easy to just go in and stay for a while.

Well. The security staff are not welcome. Last Saturday me and a friend wanted to get into the club, by the door we been told to buy tickets by the entrance. When we got there the guy by the door shout on us like we were kids, which I found quite rude. Most of the staff are actually not friendly except the Asian look woman that sells the entrance. It supposed to be a nice gay place but I found the staff quite unfriendly. Unfortunately there is anywhere else to go nowadays in central London which is a shame. Be prepared for the central London prices!

A really nice place, with reasonably priced drinks! The staff are very friendly. The shows start early, so it's a good idea to check the schedule beforehand.
