Excellent service the man behind the bar was lovely friendly helpfull service was great at 1pm today when we called in for lunch we will visit agian food outstanding!!!

Dont normally write reviews , however we visited yesterday before going to see The Mousetrap , there was a slight misunderstanding with our order and the manager couldn't have been more apologetic, gave us a free round of drinks which was very kind. Great little pub, food was excellent can't go wrong with a Greene King, and level of service here was excellent felt like a small local pub rather than one in the middle of London on an exceptionally hot day

A decent, traditional London pub, but fairly average overall. The interior has a nice classic feel with wood panelling and a good atmosphere, though nothing particularly standout compared to similar pubs in the area. It’s comfortable enough for a drink, but didn’t feel especially memorable. We had a few drinks — Peroni, gin and a couple of others — all fine, nothing to fault, but nothing that really stood out either. Just standard pub offerings done as expected. Service was alright, reasonably quick and polite, though a bit functional rather than engaging. Overall, it’s a perfectly fine place to stop for a drink if you’re nearby, but not somewhere I’d go out of my way to return to.

Friendly bar staff was the only saving grace. We waited 30+ minutes for a cold/overcooked cheese toastie! warm veggie burger and oven chips! People who came in and ordered after us were served first. We had soft drinks with our "meal" and were planning to stay and share a bottle of wine prior to a theatre trip, but there was no way we were prepared to stay and give this establishment any more money.

Lovely little place. There was an ambience and you could still hear each other speak, which is a rarity nowadays. They also show the football too. Highly recommend

Had a lovely meal here tonight. The lady who served us was very helpful and made suggestions for both food and drink.

Booked to come here as part of a dinner and a show plan. Arrive to discover that they are barely doing any of the food, despite this not being advertised at all online, scuppering our dinner plans. Very poor.

We stayed there twice during our stay. Great blonde waitress very nice, but all the staff was cool. One of the nights there was a really talented musician, they had to celebrate something (I think I understood a reopening) because they were offering small plates filled delicious. The beer was very good too and there was a good overall feeling brief, we had a great time. A good address, we will return to it during our next stay.

Me and my partner came in here for dinner. Went to order at the bar and the guy was on his phone. A blonde lady (who looks like someone in charge) was also drinking a cider on shift and walking in and out side multiple times (there is no seating area) We both ordered the cheese and bacon burger, was okay but I found it very strange that it has coleslaw in a burger. The bottom of mine had a burnt bit of something on it. We also had no one come check back to see if everything was okay with our food. Aswell as not being asked the basic questions when you come and eat in a restaurant (like asking if we need any condiments) I know these things are needed as I have worked in hospitality almost 2 years now (one of them being a Greene king pub) Would never come here again

We popped in here whilst looking around Covent Garden and Seven Dials. Very friendly staff. Interesting old pub, good prices. Definitely worth a visit.
