Novotel London Brentford

A clean hotel, unfortunately located quite far from the city center. It took us 1.5 hours each way by public transport. On the plus side, it was very quiet, and a well-stocked supermarket was just around the corner. Perfect for a short stay. We spent 6 nights there, including breakfast. After the second breakfast, a bit more variety in the selection would have been nice. The pool is lovely and clean. We enjoyed using it. Unfortunately, we had a negative experience: during housekeeping, a cuddly pillow belonging to our daughter was removed/stolen. Reporting this to reception multiple times and requesting that they look for it yielded no results: they couldn't remember it and even doubted that the pillow had ever been in the room. A hotel can't lose something – it must be somewhere. We didn't feel taken seriously. Our trust in the hotel's reliability and honesty has been shaken.

The stay had its ups and downs, but overall, while the service was good in some aspects, the room was terrible in every way. The bed was awful, with noticeable sagging and “holes” in several areas. The sofa bed was ridiculous; it was actually just a very narrow sofa that had been turned into a bed. In the bathroom, the toilet was loose. We asked to change rooms, but our request was denied. They said they would send someone to fix it, but it took so long that the repair was never completed during our stay. On the positive side, the restaurant staff were excellent, and the food was very good.

It's a very good hotel and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast is very good and varied. The only downside is that it's about an hour from the city center, whether by public transport or Uber.

The lady who checked me in, Sohni, was so lovely and helpful when I requested a room with a sofa bed to accommodate my friend who struggles with co-sleeping! The lady who checked me out was Georgia and she was incredible, so personable and had lovely energy. I had an incredible stay with Novotel, thank you so much! 😌

I recently stayed at Novotel London Brentford and had a very pleasant experience overall. One aspect I particularly appreciated was the room upgrade, which was a thoughtful gesture and made the stay feel more special from the moment I arrived. The hotel is well located, the rooms are comfortable, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming. The staff were friendly and professional throughout my stay, always willing to help when needed. The facilities were generally good and the property was well maintained. While there are always small areas where any hotel can improve, my overall impression was positive and I felt well looked after during my visit. Thank you to the team for making the stay enjoyable. I would happily consider staying here again when visiting London.

Good location for us as close to Chiswick. Rooms can be too warm but the window does open somewhat. Air Con never goes below 21 but ask for a fan and this does the trick for us. If parking at front of the hotel don't forget to pay on the PCM App or have 2 hrs free parking. Underground can be paid in hotel.

Watch it when you sit down on the toilets....you and it may come unstuck!

A business trip. Great place to stay. Easy access to M4 and M3. Recommend the hotel.

This is a nice hotel that has some good facilities. The room was comfortable albeit a little tired. The restaurant served good quality food.
