The Drayton Court Hotel, Ealing

We had a brilliant one-night stay at The Drayton Court Hotel and would definitely return. The location was perfect for exploring London. The hotel offers free parking, and the tube station is only a 3-minute walk away, making it incredibly easy to get into Central London without worrying about driving or paying the Congestion Charge. We arrived quite late but were pleasantly surprised to be given a complimentary drinks voucher to enjoy anything we wanted from the bar, which was a lovely touch and made us feel very welcome. Our room was spotless and well equipped with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. There were also fridges in the corridor stocked with extra drinks and supplies that guests could help themselves to, which was a really thoughtful addition. Breakfast was fantastic. As well as ordering freshly cooked items from the menu, there was a generous selection of toast, croissants, pastries and other continental options to help yourself to. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent food and an unbeatable location for visiting London. We’ll definitely be back!

Sorry it was for one night only. The best beer garden 👌 who would have thought in London there would be enough space! Rooms were lovely as were the staff. Delicious breakfast

Wow, what a great place to stay whilst in London, a superb location, fab facilities and beer garden within easy reach of the mainstream transportation connections. Most importantly the best thing about this place was the super friendly and helpful staff like Malwina .... nothing was ever too much trouble with this team. The breakfast was fantastic and fresh every morning. Even if I was having to travel every day to my places of interest, I would choose to stay at this hotel simply because everything was great and what you are looking for (and rarely get) from your stay.

Service was very slow despite the restaurant being relatively quiet this morning for brunch. We had to follow up with staff at the bar about our drinks, only to be asked again what we had ordered, which was frustrating. The food was also quite expensive for what was served. For example, the Eggs Benedict came with only half a muffin, which felt poor value given the price charged.

What a gem. We were very surprised by the quality of this hotel. The room (luxury suite) was spotless, gorgeous and very well equipped. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was great. Rooms are quiet and peaceful despite the busy bar downstairs. Lovely place to stay.

We had a wonderful two-night stay at the Drayton Court Hotel. The rooms were very well-equipped, and bottled water and small bottles of milk were available in the hallway around the clock. The toiletries were high quality. There was a great selection at breakfast, and the hotel pub offered delicious beer and dinner. The staff in both the hotel and pub were young, friendly, and attentive. The hotel is easily accessible by public transport to central London. Thank you so much, and I highly recommend it.

Dropped in for a meal and a drink. The garden is amazing, however, on this occasion the food was well below standard. The chicken burger was very fatty and not well cooked. One member of our party was violently sick when we got home. Fortunately, they didn't eat all of it or I hate to think what the outcome would have been. Reluctantly, I have to say that we will not be visiting again.

A magnificent stay – highly recommended! I highly recommend The Drayton Court Hotel for any type of trip! The atmosphere here genuinely allows you to step back in time to Victorian England, which gives the place a unique charm. The staff was absolutely wonderful and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Our room was very comfortable, spotlessly clean, and excellent soundproofing ensured a peaceful night's sleep. Another huge highlight was the food—it was delicious and offered a great variety. On top of that, the hotel features a very large, beautiful garden and a fantastic pub. It’s a wonderful place that I would recommend to anyone!

We had our wedding here at the end of May including our ceremony, followed by a hog roast and party. There are so many wonderful things to mention it's difficult to include everything! Helena and Carly were so helpful, accommodating and responsive during all communications in the run up and ensured everything went perfectly on the day - they honestly were amazing and went the extra mile to ensure we had everything we needed. The hog roast was absolutely delicious - highly recommended!! The drinks were spot on; great wines and cocktail kilners including our own bespoke choice which they made for us. The hotel rooms were lovely - definitely exceeded expectations - and the breakfast was excellent. Overall, a truly wonderful experience here, offering a perfect venue for those wanting a city wedding with great transport links
