Alto Andino Hotel

We received excellent service from the very first contact. The breakfast and afternoon tea had an incredible view of the bay and mountains, and the rooms were beautifully decorated and comfortable. I would like to highlight the excellent work, friendliness, and service of the kitchen staff, Micaela and Estella. For sure, when we return to Ushuaia, this is the hotel we'll choose. Congratulations to the entire team!

Very good hotel. The beds are excellent. It's spotless and close to the city center. They have a very good breakfast and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is wonderful! The view from our room was spectacular; waking up to the mountains was incredible. The breakfast is great; we only missed a variety of fruits, but we understand that it's regional. The service is amazing and very attentive. The room is comfortable and warm. The only downside is the noise; you can hear the neighbors, and if it's very windy, it makes noise against the windows. Its proximity to the center made our sightseeing much easier.

It was such a special experience that I returned for the 2nd consecutive year. ❤️ The breakfast is wonderful and has a simply spectacular view of the Beagle Channel and the mountains — impossible not to start the day enchanted by such a landscape! 🏔️✨ All the staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful, but I would like to give a special shout-out to Angie, from reception, who was extremely kind and attentive to us. I fell in love with Ushuaia and, it seems, with the hotel too! 😍 For sure, if I return to the city again, Alto Andino will be among my first choices. I was delighted with every detail: the hotel itself is charming, the breakfast delicious, the cleanliness impeccable, and the view surreal. But what really made the difference was the exceptional service from all the staff. In particular, Angie at reception radiates joy! Her smile and helpfulness made our arrival and every interaction much more pleasant. I highly recommend this hotel, a 10 out of 10!

We stayed for 9 days and the hotel was perfect, great location and we could do everything on foot, we walked everywhere and even went to the mall without needing a vehicle, we only used Uber to the airport. The room was a great size for a couple, the bathroom was excellent, and the view was wonderful! The products are excellent, if I had known beforehand I wouldn't have even brought my shampoo, which I ended up not using. The breakfast was very satisfactory, and everything was very tasty!!! And there's complimentary coffee from the machine after 3 pm, which is also very good because it's from a machine. The room heater works very well, we even got hot if we wore warmer clothes inside the room. And the service and attention were impeccable!

Everything was beautiful! Excellent room cleanliness, very comfortable beds, and a full and fresh breakfast. They are very friendly 🫶🏻
