Excellent hotel

My son and I had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Cortez. A big thank you to Daniel from the restaurant, who was very kind and respectful. His excellent service and attention to detail made our trip very memorable. We also want to thank Mr. Edu, who was very kind. The bellhops, reception staff, and cleaning staff were all very friendly as well. I highly recommend staying here! - Jennifer

The food was very sweet, with no flavor.

The only problem is that the rooms aren't well insulated and you can hear a lot of traffic noise. Otherwise, the staff is very friendly and the facilities are adequate.

Very welcoming, they treat you wonderfully, the breakfast is complete, it's close to almost everything, the price is a bit high but it's worth it
