I stayed at this hotel for two nights two weeks ago, and it couldn't have been better. The hotel is new, clean, with good rooms, an excellent breakfast, and wonderful staff, not to mention the location, which, along with everything else I mentioned, is what made me book it. Across the street is the Beira Mar Shopping Centre, which is excellent for shopping and dining. It's just a shame that the hotel has a nightclub/bar next door, which is noisy at night, and those on the lower floors must find it difficult to rest. But that's not the hotel's fault, because as far as I know, they've tried everything to reduce the noise coming from that nightclub. We stayed on the 12th floor and were able to rest well there. A big thank you to all the staff who were impeccable, but especially to Ariane, for her patience in helping us find a travel agency/transfer service for our excursions. It was truly a great help to us. Greetings from Portugal!! In short, as travel agents, we will recommend this hotel to all our clients who intend to travel to Florianópolis. Thank you!

This hotel is impeccable in service, cleanliness, and location. The rooms are luxurious with a wonderful bed, the breakfast is very good, and the location is unbeatable. I wish I could have stayed longer.
