Tive que cancelar uma viagem por questão de saúde. Expliquei para o setor responsável toda a situação e pedi o cancelamento com antecedência. O hotéis.com ficou vários dias conversando com o hotel para tentar minha restituição integral pela excepcionalidade do caso e mesmo assim SE APROPRIARAM DE 100% DO VALOR PAGO. Uma vergonha!!! Sempre ficava no Magestic e ia experimentar esse hotel e tive essa péssima impressão. NUNCA MAIS ME HOSPEDO EM NENHUM HOTEL DESTA REDE.

Simple breakfast, only a few tapioca, omelet, and crepe flavors available. Limited variety of options on the buffet. But the hotel was clean, the room spacious and well-maintained!

Excellent location, comfortable and spacious room, very good bed! Efficient staff, especially Herickson who helped us with everything we needed.

The café lacked options for coffee cakes and fresh pastries, and sometimes the coffee they had looked dry… as if it had been out for a long time. From the first floors, you can hear the parties going on around you. And the spa had cloudy water and needed maintenance (see photo).

The service from the restaurant staff is excellent. Everyone is attentive, helpful, and polite. As are the reception and cleaning staff.
