Novotel Florianopolis

Excellent accommodation at the Novotel Florianópolis. I stayed in room 1160, facing the sea, and the view simply transformed the stay experience. The room was very comfortable, modern, quiet, and extremely well-maintained. The breakfast was one of the highlights: extremely fresh fruit, healthy options, tapioca and omelets prepared to order, all very tasty and beautifully presented. The service also deserves special recognition, especially from the gentleman who served us at breakfast—I believe his name is Benedito—always very friendly, attentive, and helpful. Daniel from reception was very kind in providing the courtesy of late check-out, subject to availability. Another fantastic point is the location. The hotel is close to excellent restaurants and cafes, allowing you to do many things on foot and enjoy Florianópolis even more. A complete experience, with comfort, incredible views, and high-level service.

The hotel is very well located. Excellent service from the staff, excellent cleanliness, very well decorated and beautiful, super comfortable. I used the hotel restaurant every day. Good, high-quality food, all the dishes were very good. Special mention to the service from Sergio and the team that was with them those days. Dishes arrived very quickly, more than excellent service. The only thing missing was the famous oysters from Florianópolis on the menu. This is the second time I've stayed here and I would always come back.

I was highly satisfied with my stay at the Novotel Florianópolis. The hotel is clean, beautiful, and very comfortable, with an excellent location. The staff are polite, professional, and competent, which made the experience even better. Overall, a great choice and highly recommended.
