Resort en Porto Seguro - Nauticomar All Inclusive

The resort has very clean facilities, the beer was always served ice cold, and the reception staff were very polite and helpful throughout the stay. However, some aspects left something to be desired. Sparkling water was not freely available in the all-inclusive system, being sold only in the internal store, which was not always open. I also missed having a clothesline or structure to dry clothes in the room. At the beach club, the attractions scheduled in the program did not take place on the day we went. In addition, at 8 am they knocked on the room door and entered even though guests were still sleeping, which was quite uncomfortable. The food had some problems. The popsicles were served without any identification of origin, label or date of manufacture. The hamburger had an appearance and quality below expectations. The afternoon tea, advertised until 6 pm, was frequently already being collected before that time. There was also little concern for dietary restrictions. At the Spanish-themed dinner, practically all dishes contained shrimp. As I am allergic, I also had a worrying situation when ordering breaded fish in the morning snacks: I tasted shrimp and found an antenna in the portion, indicating possible cross-contamination, probably due to the use of the same frying oil. Another problem was the constant power outages, which occurred up to five times in a single day. The water served in pitchers tasted similar to tap water. The reusable plastic cups and glasses were stacked while still wet, receiving the drink while still having drops of washing residue. Overall, the reception service and cleanliness were positive points, but the structure, food, and food safety precautions need improvement.

I was worried because of the comments, but I'm pleasantly surprised. The food is excellent, and the place is spotless. For the price, it's more than enough.

For an all-inclusive resort, it has many limitations and few options.

My biggest complaint is why you only get flat beer. All the beer is left open in the freezer and they serve it to you, but the beer comes flat and tastes like the freezer; the alcohol has already evaporated, the soda is flat, everything is left open in the freezer, it's awful! It's unacceptable to leave beer open in the freezer to serve it, the toys need maintenance, everything is malfunctioning!

We stayed for 5 days and loved the service and friendliness of the staff, it's a real plus. Patrick is very attentive, he gave us several tips on places to visit, and he's very thoughtful. Cris is very friendly, she managed to solve a problem we had at check-in and was always willing to give advice. They both undoubtedly made a difference to our stay. My son loved the kids' area and Aunt Mel, Aunt Bombom, and Aunt Moana. What left a little to be desired was the food on the themed nights, but after talking to them I saw that it was possible to request some changes to the menu, but they weren't made because I only found out about it later.

We had an amazing time here. The food is simply wonderful, with great variety and flavor. Another highlight, for sure, is the staff: wonderful, attentive people who are always ready to help. In addition, the leisure activities (and the always enthusiastic staff) are incredible, guaranteeing lots of fun for all ages. I recommend it wholeheartedly and will definitely be back!

Terrible food, poor service. I know that everyone's experience is very relative, as it considers the parameters that person has for that type of situation. I've been to other resorts with much better service and food; this one needs a lot of improvement. The water park doesn't work, the beach in front of the beach club is incredibly dirty. I wouldn't go back even for free.

Wonderful experience, very tasty food and lots of variety, impeccable cleanliness, but the best thing about Nauticomar is undoubtedly its staff, very polite, helpful and always with a smile on their face. I loved our stay and we will definitely return many times and I will recommend it to friends and family. 🌷
