Um local que nos proporcionou a pior experiência já vivida em uma data tão especial como o Natal, data essa que nós programamos para passar em Santiago. Funcionários mal educados, fomos solicitar informações sobre a janta de Natal no restaurante do hotel e não nos deixaram nem aguardar por uma resposta, praticamente nos tocando do lugar, perguntamos ao recepcionista algumas informações e ele simplesmente não nos deu. Um total absurdo. Péssimo, nota zero.

Excellent location!! Everything was truly lovely. Daniel was super attentive, and so was Jesus! Recommending places and everything... Very kind!! So, see you soon because we'll definitely be back, haha.

This hotel is exceptional! The shower was very good, the room was spacious, and the best part is the reception staff, all very attentive and giving great tips on tours and restaurants.

Well located, with many shops near the waterfront, a very quiet and safe area. The Wi-Fi in the room was very poor; we never had a signal. The breakfast was varied and delicious. And the reception staff were very friendly.

Well located, the staff very friendly and respectful. Delicious breakfast. They gave us separate beds, and they didn't fix it.

Acceptable, although the staff at the restaurant are not very helpful.
