Best place ever

Excellent place to enjoy

The breakfast is very average, the place is very nice, but I think the price of the food doesn't justify the quality.

It's a hotel and restaurant; I only used the restaurant, but the whole area is lovely, the atmosphere is beautiful and welcoming. The food was exquisite and the service was good.

When we arrived to check into our room, the service was terrible, and they barely helped us with our luggage. Besides that, the bathroom in the room is quite inconvenient because it's tiny, and the toilet is right next to the sink, but it's positioned so that if I try to pick up the toilet paper, I hit my elbow. Furthermore, lunch and breakfast are not worth it. At lunch, the food took about 50 minutes to arrive for just a couple of dishes, and there were hardly any other diners. We ordered some small pieces of meat and a salmon, and both arrived raw. We asked them to cook them a little longer, but they came back the same. At breakfast, the food also took 50 minutes for some eggs, and the buffet was almost empty; the best thing there was two pieces of fruit, and that was it. The best thing about the hotel is the decor, but if you're bothered by mosquitoes, I don't recommend it, as there are many plants, which attract them.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for a few days, and it started badly from the beginning. We didn't feel welcome at reception; they treated us poorly and refused to help us with our luggage. The service in the restaurant was also very bad; they ignored us, and if we asked for a favor, they did so rudely and with a sour expression. Everything was very slow, and they didn't take our orders properly. We were very disappointed because it's a very expensive hotel, and you don't feel welcome at all.

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are very comfortable and clean, and the staff is friendly. My husband and I went there to spend our wedding night, but we were very disappointed. There was no extra service whatsoever, nor was any offer made. We couldn't use the breakfast service because we called half an hour before breakfast ended, and the person who answered told us it was no longer available.
