The location is perfect, in a very good area. The staff is friendly but not very attentive; the toilet in the room gets clogged, they should put up a sign warning people about this. The breakfast menu was unacceptable; it wasn't fully available on either of our two days. Furthermore, the staff was inattentive; on the second day, they repeatedly told us they were about to close and were therefore offering us "the quickest option." There was also a lot of noise from the staff outside the rooms.
I want to start by saying that all the staff were very friendly and helpful during our stay. The older waitress (a brunette, a bit older) was super nice and did a great cleaning. The only downsides were that the internet was quite unreliable (at least on the 9th floor), and the breakfast was rather limited. The location was good, but otherwise, it was a good experience.
The facilities are very worn. There's a lot of noise from the hallway and the shower never gets warm water.
It's perfect: the location, the service, the super comfortable bed, the breakfast is very good. I would definitely return.
