Knowing each place of Guayaquil makes us learn more about its history, you could appreciate the pearl, the seawall 2000, the park of the iguanas, all in a very nice way.

Our tour guide Francisco was friendly, fluent in English and very familiar with his city. He arrived at our hotel (Oro Verde) on time with a big smile on his face. We discussed what we wanted to do. We did some bird watching in 2 spots, took a gondola ride, went to the city center and drove around the different neighborhoods. Francisco shared tidbits about history, education, celebrations and geography. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with Francisco and highly recommend him.

The city is interesting for the design of its transport system, especially the airway, for the spectacular views of La Perla and its pantheon. Its Anthropological Museum and Contemporary Art is spectacular and very well curated, its Craft Market near the port is a little cheaper than those in Cuenca and Quito, the visit to Las Peñas Lighthouse is a challenge worth exploring with a panoramic view from a different perspective, ice cream and cheese is a delicacy of a local business that I miss a lot, the city hall building is majestic (stands out from all the surrounding architecture), the iguanas park is very cute and interesting for the vegetation and its fauna, the seawall is very quiet to walk by day, in general I found it nice to meet. It is incredible and a great example of the respect and devotion they have for protecting nature. However, the gray part, the concrete part, the avenues, the sidewalks, the streets near the seawall, are neglected and dirty. There were streets where I even encountered some sporadic situations of friction between inhabitants and migrants that create a Mood of uncertainty that detracts from the confidence of the ride. I never felt in danger, although the Mood prompted me not to abandon caution.

Antonio showed us all around the city from the Iguana Park to the Malecon to Las Penas. He was interesting and knowledgeable and a delightful tour guide. Thank you for sharing your passion for your city and your history. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour.

The city tour was great, the guide explained all the information very well, they were very punctual and the staff is very friendly. I recommend it for solo travelers who want to get to know the emblematic places of Guayaquil in a short time.

I was expecting a bus load of other tourists, but my tour turned out to be a private one in a comfortable van. The guide was both interesting and informative, and he showed up at my hotel exactly on time. I highly recommend this three-hour tour.

We were with my husband walking from its beginning to the end, the truth is very quiet, clean, you find restaurants, places to have a few drinks, warehouses to buy, games for children, attractions for adults, access for people with some physical limitation and wheelchairs, you also find a very tree-lined part where you can breathe outdoors despite having a walkable main road.

Our guide Angel Yunda was excellent. We highly recommend this tour with him. He gave a great informative tour of city. This was our first trip to city and we learned so much!
