Casa Andina Premium Puno

Stayed at Casa Andina Premium Puno and had an excellent experience. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very comfortable, but what really stood out was the service. Every staff member was courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. The restaurant was fantastic — one of the best dining experiences I had in Puno. Excellent food, great atmosphere, and very good service. If possible, book a lake view room. It truly makes a difference. Waking up to the view of Lake Titicaca adds a whole other level to the experience. Highly recommended.

Excellent service and well-maintained common areas, such as the gym, sauna, and pool. I appreciate its location with easy access to the best the city has to offer. The rooms are very cozy and maintain a vintage style without sacrificing comfort.

The place is incredible, with a welcoming, traditional yet modern design. It has its own port for visiting the different islands and sailing on Lake Titicaca (I've included a photo of the port). I just have to congratulate everyone on the excellent attention and service; they were all always friendly. In short, I think it's a great place if you want to spend a few days in the city and feel welcome.

We had no hot water!! When we tried to shower at 11 pm, only cold water came out. Later, they told us they were doing maintenance, but this wasn't mentioned in advance so we could plan our shower. Booking a hotel and not being able to shower already deserves one star. However, everything else was very good. Excellent service at check-in, the room and the food were quite good. The location is remote but with nice views.
