4 nights with no room service sounds really bad , talking to the reception lady to complain and ignoring my conversation answering a phone call and never get back to me is bad too.

Do not book a room here! If you need to cancel it for any reason they will still bill your credit card. Your credit card is actually billed long before your say. I stay in hotels quite frequently for work and this is the first place I've stayed that bills before check in and will not issue a refund should you need to cancel or move your dates. I will tell everyone I know based on this poor policy!!!👎👎

Shady Hotel policies. I canceled my reservation several days in advance for two nights. my credit card was charged well before the day I was staying and no refund! Not to be trusted.

Sanjeev is the reason why I'm leaving this review. He was awesome in tending to us. We requested some extra time at the hotel so that we can get back to an appointment and he made it sure everything was smooth. He's the reason why we will be coming back.

The young gentleman at the front desk was playing on his phone and I waited 5 minutes before he looked up. He didn't indicate where parking or elevators were, just handed the room key. The room, the thermostat was locked up with no way to adjust the heat. There was no window to open to air it out. Was very uncomfortable stay. Won't be staying here again.

It was a very bad experience. I paid the amount in advance online, but when I arrived, the booking was not available, and the room was given to someone else. Very poor service, and I do not recommend dealing with them.”

Been coming to the Continental Restaurant for years really miss the buffet they used to have. Came here on Thursday for lunch everything was great good food and service as usual. Came back the next day (Friday) for lunch and was charged extra for a lemon wedge, Pack of Honey and Pop refill ??? Since when ???? the server never mentioned it till we asked about it when we got our bill. Time to look for a new spot I guess

Rooms were super hot and no way to adjust heat. Evening staff seemed frustrated we checked in (we hit freezing rain on route) morning staff barely said boo when checking out. The cleaning lady was friendly.
