Great experience with this hotel, we stay here every year for the Princess Margaret Ride to Conquer Cancer, rooms are always clean, the breakfast is good and the hotel is in walking distance to anything you might need, Tim Hortons, restaurants, convenience stores, etc. The Group Sales Manager, Darlene is an absolute gem. She went above and beyond and bailed us out of a disaster with some rooms when we booked the wrong date. We definitely be staying here in the future, knowing they have someone there to take care of us! Thanks Darlene!

Amazing breakfast with breakfast tacos! Super comfortable bed. Very clean. Great staff all very friendly and professional. Great location 5 minute walk to TD Coliseum and next to the Art Gallery. Well stocked kitchen for cooking if needed. Pet friendly with a dog water bowl in the lobby. Paid parking in garage underneath hotel.

Great rooms, very clean. Great service, unfortunately, location is a slight problem. Great waking distance to local pubs, restaurants and mall. However, not an area thatbis kid friendly. Sidewalk outside of hotel was blocked on the way to local mall. I had to literally walked around a small group of men smoking Crack or meth ,out of glass pipe, in daylight with traffic and people all around. Every corner at lights had someone messed right up. Sadly, this is part of the Hamilton core and lots of smaller cities.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The check in/out process was fast. A male receptionist (sorry, I didn't get his name) was friendly and helpful. He offered chocolates to my child when he was looking and crying for his daddy. The receptionist even helped me with our luggage, seeing I was holding my other child in my arms. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room is equipped with full kitchen. Although the water pressure could have been stronger in the shower. The hotel offers light service every 2 days and full service every 4 days. In that case, I can't comment about housekeeping. The pool is clean and quiet the time we used it so that's a plus. Although I don't find the water warm enough. But that's just me. My husband found it okay. The complimentary breakfast is okay. I loved the pulled pork. There's an underground parking for $19.5 a day plus tax. In and out privileges. The hotel is conveniently close to everything. It's just a 5 minute walk to TD Coliseum where we saw Monster Jam. Overall, we would recommend and book this hotel again.

I had a great stay at this hotel while in town for a comedy show. The check-in process was effortless and smooth, and the underground parking was easy to find and very convenient. The entire facility was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. My room was spacious and included a handy little kitchenette, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, delicious, fresh, and included with the stay. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would definitely recommend! Editing this review because I came back here with my mom and friend to celebrate my mom’s birthday. As usual the stay exceeded our expectations! Super clean, polished and staff are friendly. They made it a little extra special for my mom’s birthday and it made her feel amazing! Appreciate your attention to detail and going above and beyond :)

Best hotel experience, staff was kind everything was clean, the breakfast included was excellent.

Everything good, only little inconvenience in front entrance parking.

5/5 star experience through and through. I stay at a lot of hotels for work and the team at this hotel went above and beyond. Plus their gym is open 24/7 and it’s an AWESOME hotel gym. Thank you to Darlene and the team for taking such great care of us!!!
