booked a last-minute weekend stay and wasn't expecting much, but this hotel completely blew me away. Check-in was seamless and I was upgraded to a room with a stunning view without even asking. The staff throughout my stay were attentive, cheerful, and proactive — they anticipated needs before I even voiced them. The cleanliness was impeccable and the amenities were top-notch. What really set this place apart was the human touch: the team genuinely cared about making my stay great. Five stars, no hesitation — this is now my go-to hotel in the city.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome and valued. The front desk team was professional, friendly, and very efficient, which made the whole process smooth.

This motel is seedy, dirty and musty smelling. We checked into our room and, as we usually do, check things out, including the linens and the washroom. The sheets on the beds had black hairs all over and seemed used. Just the thought of spending the night in that room, made me feel sick, so we checked out and found another hotel that was clean and comfortable, and where the service was good and the check-in was smooth.

The room was honestly good. Clean and with a comfortable bed. The pillows were old and really gross. Smart TV was not a smart TV. No apps on it at all which is extremely frustrating because it advertised my room as having one. Also no TV remote, only the cogeco cable remote. Air conditioner didn't work. The fire alarm went off during my stay which kind of sucked, also I really didn't enjoy having to enter a 10 digit long code to enter my room every single time. Key cards are a must here guys. Also the hallways had a horrible musty smell, just not inviting to guests at all. Overall, signature inn is OK but I can't recommend it due to the reasons I listed above. If they make improvements it can be decent.

This hotel is a steal downtown. It's not fancy but everything is clean and up-to-date. The staff is very friendly and it's close to everything downtown.

Decent value. Room needs repairs, furtniture old, needs paint, but is clean. Wifi works, room has working fridge and microwave.

Service is extremely good and staff always been nice with everyone. Thanks for your hospitality

The staff are very nice and call. Specially Jack Khan is the best guy ever. He is helpful person.

The service from the guy awesome and he was very calm and kind to help everyone. Front of me one the u-haul customer was so happy because if he given the best service.
