Stirling House Bed and Breakfast

My mom and I stayed here last minute and Eron and Mario were super accommodating! As others have said, the location is very convenient - walkable to the hospital and lake/park. The B&B itself is very charming with antique/historic features. Considering it was an older house, we could tell it was well-maintained and everything was kept very clean and tidy. Breakfast was great with large portions including fresh fruit. We stayed in the bosc room which we booked to have a private bathroom. The room and bathroom were surprisingly large, bed and sheets super comfy. Water was always hot! We keep talking about how impressed we were with Eron & Mario, our room and breakfast, especially for how much we paid! Thank you for the great stay :)

I had an excellent stay in early February. It seems that this place is popular all-year round, and with good reason! It's a wonderful old well-kept historic house walking distance from downtown and lake paths. The owners are not only helpful and considerate, but good cooks too!

Eron was an amazing hostess! The bedroom was clean and very well maintained. The breakfast was tasty and generous. I would definitely stay again.

A beautiful classic heritage home very close to downtown amenities. Breakfasts more than met the taste test and quantity. The close proximity to Kelowna Hospital was perfect for our needs. They were the best of hosts, accommodating our needs and requests with an always friendly smile. We will return when back in the area.

Everything was perfect! Eron was the greatest host kind and generous. The experience was just what I need as the reason I was there was very stressful. The room was quiet and very restful, beautifully decorated.I would stay there again and encourage anyone to stay, especially if you have dealings in the hospital in Kelowna.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Stirling House after getting a last-minute day-surgery appointment. I was in the middle of working nightshift and needed a place where I could sleep for a few daytime hours before heading back out of town. Stirling House is situated perfectly for this and the owners were very accommodating towards my particular needs. My bed was very comfortable and the room itself was huge! Also the house was quieter than I expected, which was a nice surprise considering my nightshift predicament. I'm only giving 4-stars on the room itself because I had to share the bathroom (which I knew in advance). It took me a minute to figure out the locks and I think the other guest sharing the washroom had the same issue as we nearly walked in on each other. Overall an excellent experience and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Very quaint property with the comfort you’d look for in a BnB. The hosts were lovely and their dogs equally so. If you’re staying because of proximity to the hospital, this place is it for you. Had a queen room which was very comfortable, however, the fridge was not at all clean and faced the ER entrance. The traffic noise was constant, had I paid closer attention to the location I should have known. The owners dogs lovely as they are, are up very early and are very loud on the wood floors, so I didn’t get the quiet rest I really needed. It’s a nice spot but i desperately needed quiet to sleep in and I didn’t find it here.

Stayed in the Bartlett room for two nights and was extremely comfortable. Location was amazing for purposes of visiting family in the hospital less than a block away, Hosts are very welcoming and would definitely stay here again.

What a wonderful gem this B&B was! The minute I was greeted at the door, I felt welcomed. Eron went over the menu for the next couple of days with me, ensuring I had no allergies or concerns. My room was very spacious and so full of character. The bed was very comfortable and lots of choices of pillows to use. The home was decorated so beautifully for Christmas and it put me in the Christmas spirit immediately. I wish I would have had time to linger in the living room and enjoy the music in the background with a nice hot tea. The setting was perfect for that. When I came downstairs the next morning for breakfast, I was greeted with fresh orange juice and a beautiful yogurt with lemon and coconut to start. It was delicious. The table settings were beautiful. Breakfast that morning was crepes. So good! But not only crepes, there was fresh berries, oranges segments, banana, whip cream, maple syrup and sausages. I could not possibly eat the entire thing (although I really tried!). The location is fabulous and I would recommend Stirling House for your next stay in Kelowna.
