Crossroads Inn & Suites

Breakfast was a muffin in a plastic wrapper. Otherwise room was good but not that large.

My husband and I have stayed here on numerous occasions.. For work and personal.. Great clean rooms and nice friendly staff

We stayed at Crossroads Inn & Suites in June of 2026 while visiting St. John's and had a very good experience. The first few days in the area we were planning to drive around the Avalon and Conception Bay areas and then drive out for a couple days in Saint-Pierre and Miquelon. For this reason decided the centrally-located Crossroads would be a good option rather than staying in downtown St. John's. For this purpose it was great - easy to get to just off the highway. The room was good - no complaints, nicely renovated and clean. We had a ground floor room, which has the possibility to enter from both an interior and an exterior door. There is a nearby gas station and convenience store and a couple of eating options but there is not much else within walking distance.

Reception was very helpful and the room was awesome. Great showers, and very clean.

Clean and super quiet. Accidentally booked the accessible unit. The water from the shower does not flow to the drain in the bathroom, but to the wall where the closet is. Could be a major mould source. The place is a little drive from the main shops/restaurants on Kenmount Rd, but for the price of the room, I was good with this compromise.
