JAG Hotel

Coolest hotel ever! Love the music that’s played throughout the hotel and the decor is really interesting. The caveat is the service was lacking starting with the front desk, checking in was confusing and checkout was worse. First time we’ve never been able for have a print out of our room charges, and we only had 3 rooms for 2 nights. The lounge staff were pleasant but lacked a sense of urgency. I would still go back though!

Loved our stay at Jag. Came for a REMAX Owner Retreat and the staff were great. Hotel is very clean, love the gym room it was very fancy.

Excellent location, modern and stylish design, and a very friendly, professional staff. We attended an event at the hotel, and everyone was extremely satisfied with the experience. Everything was well organized and enjoyable.

A wonderful hotel, but the lack of parking puts a damper on things.Amazing service.

Accidentally booked the wrong date, contacted the hotel immediately and they refused rebooking or refunding. Took money ($240) for services not provided. Do not support this shameless greed.

Great hotel, super clean, front desk staff was very helpful. The decoration is absolutely beautiful, can’t wait to go back 👍🏽

Called and booked over the phone for a room on the “Blues” side of the hotel, as this was a trip celebrating an important milestone. When I got there I was put in a dated, dirty room in the “rhythm” side of the hotel. I was unable the shower in the room because the drain was clogged, I showered in the pool change room and ultimately had to book a SECOND hotel room. Staff at the front desk were disrespectful and refused to offer anything for this mistake and negative experience, not even a reduction on my valet parking fee. Extremely disappointing experience that ruined the weekend. Our family won’t be back.
