Another wonderful experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto. This time, I attended the Cynosure Lutronic Conference, which was held over three days at the hotel. I was extremely impressed with how well everything was organized and with the professionalism of the staff throughout the event. Every detail seemed thoughtfully planned, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. As always, the hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and exceptionally well maintained. The lobby has that signature Ritz-Carlton fragrance that instantly creates a feeling of luxury and comfort. In my opinion, The Ritz-Carlton has the most stunning floral displays in any hotel lobby in Toronto. Credit truly goes to the talented florists and floral partners the hotel works with—the arrangements are always elegant, fresh, and absolutely breathtaking. The staff were warm, professional, and attentive, as always. Even valet parking was handled smoothly and efficiently despite the large number of vehicles arriving for the conference. It is always a pleasure to return to The Ritz-Carlton, Toronto. The hotel consistently delivers a level of service and hospitality that keeps me coming back. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Ritz-Carlton for a work conference and the entire experience was so great from start to finish. The service was incredible. Every staff member was friendly, attentive, and prompt. Level of care that truly stood out. Not to mention, the hotel itself is beautiful with first class amenities throughout - a clear reflection of the high standards. Easily a seamless delivery on both service and experience. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will gladly be returning again!!

Had a great stay here. Most importantly the room service food is all NOT halal which was comforting. As a Sikh we strictly cannot eat halal meat or any sacrificial meat. Glad to keep staying here from now on.
